I was granted permission from Jose Galindo to get at best maybe a 20 minute test drive. It’s a 5 hour round trip for me from the Des Moines area to this dealership. Not to mention $50 or so in gas. I won’t do business with a dealership that puts their potential customer on the clock. Apparently other potential customers are standing in line to take a test drive!

They sold me a "clean" Challenger in 2021. I filed an insurance claim recently and it turns out it was in a collision and it had another claim for vandalism before I bought it. This place isn't trustworthy even by average stealership standards. Try Woodhouse if you're doing a dealership, but who knows.

I haven’t purchased a vehicle yet! but I spoke with Ben one of sales Manager and this guy and his team bent over backwards to help, I’ve been searching and have spoke to 13 dealers from all over the US in the last two days. It wasn’t until today that I felt like the there was someone who really cared and wanted to really help me find a car and not take advantage of me. This team is top notch ! I hope I can but my new truck here!

I bought a used Jeep Rubicon and had a good experience up until point of sale. Once they had my check all care for customer went away. Empty commitments to make things right after they removed the floor mats and some other small things.

This is my 5th car purchase through Baxter and every time it goes seamlessly and smooth! I live out-of-state, but prefer to purchase my cars from Baxter due to their excellent customer service. Jason, made my new purchase enjoyable and stress free. He was always there to answer questions and was timely with his responses. Sasha, was excellent to work with from the financial department as well. She is very knowledgeable and provides honest feedback. I appreciate this team so much! Thank you all!

We live out of town and have purchased several cars from Baxter over the years and have never had an issue. We just purchased a vehicle in July and have only driven it around our town. Not even having it for a month we noticed an issue and took it to our town's local dealership. One thing turned into a few other things and turns out there's around $4,800 dollars worth of some repairs that need to be taken care of. What kind of inspection do these cars go through? The items that need repairs I think (and our local dealership that looked at it also thinks these repairs should have been caught from its over all inspection before this car was sold to us. I can see things happening down the road as time goes on and repairing things but not right out the gate of purchasing this vehicle.

While traveling, my 2020 Jeep GC A/C stopped working. Other dealers either did not have the part or could not replace it in a timely manner. Baxter Auto had the part, listened to my situation and offered to try to squeeze it in. Baxter Auto in Omaha, NE diagnosed, replaced the bad part and got me on my way to FL. Thank you Randy and Brandon! Top notch people doing excellent work!

The staff at Baxter made the normally stressful experience of buying a car so easy! I live out of town and had contacted Baxter through another site and Shiv Patel got back to me immediately and helped me with pretty much everything via email so things were ready to roll when I got to town over the weekend! Shiv was great to work with an so knowledgeable about the car and process. Stacy with finance helped us with everything related to that and she was amazing as well. Both were very down to earth and easy to talk to as well as accommodating to anything I needed and went out of their way to make sure I got the car I wanted for the money I wanted to spend. I truly cannot thank them enough and I don’t think I will buy my next car(s)from anywhere else!

Tristen gets it done for my family and I every single time!! This most recent trip we worked with Collin as well who was kind enough to send me all of the necessary docs needed prior to coming out to the dealership, therefore, once we arrived the process only took an hour! Carl in Finance is also a star player in the process. I’ve been doing business with Baxter on Burt Street for years. Highly recommend!

The entire staff at Baxter Saburu deserve a 5 star rating. My salesperson, Elijah, answered every question & worked to get the sale; Steve Sharp did a great job explaining all the paperwork (and also provided critical information for me after the sale on my previous car); Jim Schall patiently walked me through the details of the car 2 weeks after the sale ( which was much needed). Today I purchased all weather mats & asked a service person to show me the locking system on the car doors. He was cheerful - helpful and friendly, as were all the people I've met at Baxter.Really excellent helpful and sincerely friendly people there!
