ever since BMO took over Bank of the West the ATMs have not worked. this location is the worst by far, 180th and center is also bad but the 168th and harrison ATM is utter garbage. Depositing cash is nearly impossible, sometimes it will accept cash deposits if you insert one bill at a time….and start a new transaction for each individual bill. sometimeseven that doesn’t work. i don’t know what BMO did to destroy the functionality of the ATMs or if they replaced the old BOW machines with defective ones but it is getting aggravating. this problem started immediately the week the BMO change was finalized in september, nearly 3 months ago. the fact that it hasn’t been fixed by now is a joke.

Sent my letters saying to " update my records " and I tried to call several times, but nobody picked up. When I returned to the states. I received a letter and a check giving me the notice they closed my account. I did a loan with your bank 0 missed payments, always on time. And you cannot return a phone call, and send my businesses money in a paper check that could have easily been lost. Treat me like a piece of garbage. Well your bank is garbage. I'm reporting this as well, and I'll share my experience both domestically and abroad to never bank with BNP Paribas or Bank of the Garbage west.

This bank has made it nearly impossible to do business with them. They are rarely open and absolutely never open for hours they’re convenient to the rest of the working population.

They didn't lower their flag to half maston Saturday, August 28. Only business that did not. Shameful display of disrespect for military deaths and presidential decree. I called customer service at 8 am and had to wait 45minutes for an agent. Poor customer service overall.

I’ve used this bank for years through work as it is the closest bank to our business. However, every time I go back I wish I hadn’t. It takes over 20 minutes every time for a change order and a loan payment. Half the time the loan payment isn’t part of the transaction and it still takes over 20 minutes. I’m not sure where the issue stems from but it runs deep in the business.

I wouldn't give them that but have to give at least the 1 star for being able to put a review. THE ABSOLUTE WORST BANKING INSTITUTION I HAVE EVER USED!!!!!!

We were long time customers of Bank of the West until Kyle ( branch manager at 168tth and Harrison ) called. He told us we were not depositing enough in our account ( we are a non profit ) and we only qualified for the “lowest” business account. We have closed the account . The shocking part is he didn’t seem to care and his explanation seemed scripted. In light of everything going on in the world , it was unbelievable that a bank of this size would have that kind of uncaring / crass customer service. Time to move on.

I have been a customer with bank of the west for about 9yrs and never been treated like I didnt matter and or was a bother to someone as I was when I had an issue with multiple fees that weren't supposed to be applied to my account. Now per the notes on said account that I personally had seen in print stated that my fees are to be waved in regards to my minimum balance in my personal checking until 2043 since I have so much money in my business account that it more than covered both accounts minimum balances 5 times over at my slowest time of year even. Now the teller I spoke with at this branch was able to see this also and the teller said he couldnt personally handle the issue and the manager kyle would have to call me back to discuss. Three weeks go by no phone call from Kyle and fees still wrongly applied to my account. I called again only to be told by Kyle that he doesnt see any of the notes and he is sorry that his hands are tied and there is absolutely nothing he can do for me. Frustrated and not believing him I called another branch which kyle also suggested and guess what. The teller tells me, "Oh I see the notes right here, let me confirm with my manager and we will see about crediting your account the amount we charged you." My account was refunded in less than 2 minutes.
