I absolutely love this bank. I've had an account there since before I was born, and every time I've gone in the staff have been nothing but helpful and kind. During the pandemic obviously the place ran different, but since then it's been amazing service and everything. I'm happy to call them my bank.

I'm a single disabled father living on ssi $841 a month. The bank allowed 7 fraudulent charges all at the same time from the same scammer. The bank told me to pound sand with my claim. Needless to say me and my daughter will have no money for anything this month. Thank you bank of the west for making dreams come true. Not one good review with this bank. Do yourself a favor use a better bank that cares about customers

Horrible Bank,I didn't make a deposit of at least $0.01, so I got charged a $10 "Service charge". Needless to say I've closed my account. Beware what you sign up for.

Auto loans are a joke. They make it difficult to pay them and won't take a partial payment to make it easier on the due date. I am refinancing as soon as possible. Horrible.

I love this location but was disappointed by the teller's actions. It was taking longer than normal in the drive thru for depositing cash. I looked up to see what was taking so long. The teller was sharing my ID with another teller and they were laughing and shaking their heads. Obviously, she couldn't pronounce my long name because she never used it or attempted to use it. Wow, why not just ask? Very unprofessional, poor customer service.

Very bad service continued outrages fees for a reversed charge that had no permission to take from my account in the last week I've added $140 so I should be in the green you think NO the next day a insufficient fund fee shows up in an account that should be positive. 3 times in one week ugh. I'm definitely closing the account monday and never banking there again.
