Jessica for the win! I called and needed the last 4 numbers of my debit card from an closed account to find an order for concert tickets. She verified everything and even found the transaction. Thanks again Jessica!!!!!

Would just like to share my positive experience. Called with questions about a charge on my account and was helped very quickly and professionally by a young guy I think he said Aaron but not sure! 132nd California location 430 ish Jan 17th. Anyways very nice, understanding. His customer service is hard to find these days!... read full comment

I don't know why the drive thru has to go to the Lobby in order to process my check deposits, it seems like that triples the time for a simple transaction at a 'fast lane'.
