The bank manager and other employees seem very nice. They were very kind to us. :) The location is great and they have very competitive checking accounts available.

Look, I hate Bank of the West. I bank there because of their connection with BNP Paribas, which helps me with business interests in Europe, particularly France. So I put up with their horrible customer service. Which is why when I get swift and good customer service at a retail location, I always say THANKS!
