Good grocery store they a good selection of foods usually find what I need, also want to warn people they have police in here don't feel safe with police around in here when shopping as a customer would rather not see them in here

Clean. Products were stretched out over the whole store. Doesn't sell rhubarb....at all....ever. fresh or frozen. Please consider that this is a small store with limited space. You can get your essentials. Not much else.3 Star rating is because on the Sunday before Thanksgiving they only had 2 lanes open and no self serve available. I went to Hy-Vee instead because I wasn't going to stand in a line for 20 minutes to purchase 3 items

What happened to this Baker's? Used to be my favorite store. No more Organic section. Apparently the organic stuff is all spread out throughout the store with the regular groceries. I don't like that, makes things hard to find. The store looks unorganized and the floors were dirty. The produce section looked horrible, lots of empty spots in the produce section. The bakery also seemed to have a low inventory of product. The way the store is set up now it encourages unhealthy eating, by mixing all the unhealthy food, snacks, in with the very limited supply of healthy food. Couldn't find the organic Cheetos that my granddaughter loves. I am so disappointed. I really don't think I will be frequenting this store too often!

The deli lady today was the upmost rude person in the building everybody else that was working in helping me out was 100% amazing I saw it in her she is ready to quit her job!

"Spare change. You got any spare change." Everytime I go here, somebody in the parking lot asks me for spare change. Unless you gonna let me make it rain in nickels, I don't have any spare change

They have recently gotten on the trend that Walmart started a few years ago about putting half of their products behind locked cases.I'm not going to stop shopping here but I have decided that from now on I buy my frozen foods first and the instant I encounter a locked door in between me and what I wish to purchase I am leaving my cart where It is and going elsewhere.Ive also decided to eat more seafood.

AVOID Brenda at all cost. Shes the kind that's been in the game so long that she believes EVERYONE is out to get her. I had a some fresh pet that went bad before the date.... Yea, good luck with that return... Even with a receipt ???

This was my go to store, not now.I normally don't write bad reviews.Smaller selection of produce-minimal organic.Overcharged on coleslaw mix, meat department shrimp. Even using card, prices don't match.Phasing out almond milk, probiotic drinks, stopped carrying califlower crust.Cashiers and meat dept-evidently no longer speak. No, "hi what can I get you" or "thank you."If I wanted generic products and no service, I'd go to Wal-Mart. I can get service healthy products and selection for the same price elsewhere. A little farther drive.$.50 or .60 off a gallon per month is okay but not worth it if I can't get what I want.I'm a single guy who spends $5-800 per month on healthy food.I've been a loyal customer for 13 years.They have changed. Time for me to change too.

The only Baker's that I will ever buy my groceries from. My only complaint is the customer service department. The service there used to be good back then, but had kind of went downhill as of last year; it's super slow in the mornings. They had more employees for the morning shift since the first 2 years of the pandemic; but now it's just 3 people running it. Today, I tried to buy bus tickets but the ones I need were not in stock and hadn't been for 2 weeks (from what I was told). That's the first time they've never had the tickets with transfer in stocks for THIS long! Unacceptable!

Every time I shop here, without fail, at least one package of meat that I bought is spoiled. I stopped shopping here, but went back today for convenience since it’s close by and decided to give them another chance. Got home, opened a brand new back of chicken breasts, and they were spoiled. I don’t think they keep the meat fridge cold enough. I called and asked if I could return them, and a rude man answered and said no one was working customer service that day and that he didn’t know how to help me. Not his fault, and I can understand that, but he yelled at me for asking a simple question and sounded very annoyed. So now I have spoiled chicken and I have no idea if I’ll be able to return it.

I do not usually do reviews but just went by and saw the one with one star. I shop there, out of my way, and have yet not to experience smiles and helpfulness from the security to the great ladies and baggers at the register as well as the stockers and folks at the meat counter. Sounds like a personal problem.
