I loved the online delivery service with the Boost they have. Although recently they switched their delivery service to Instacart and I am honestly unsure why I put a delivery time in. Since they switched my groceries are never in the 2 hour window and I am missing groceries or it seems they can never find normal items. Honestly I am thinking about looking into Walmart or Hyvee just so I don't have to plan a 4 hour time window for my groceries. Yes I know I can go to the store but since I am paying for the service and now a tip as well. I would love for it to be on time and at least let me put the tip in after. So like when I am missing 40$ in groceries the delivery person isn't getting a tip and my food!!!

I ordered my groceries on line for delivery which was suppose to come 5-6. Six past and no groceries!!!! After contacting different numbers, I finally talked to a human that said the delivery was delayed by two hours!!!!!! No notification was given to me. This rude and inconsiderate behavior isn't tolerated!!! Many people, including myself, PAY A LOT for your groceries!!!!! If Bakers loves and values their customers, they are not demonstrating this anymore!!!!

I have never had issues with a pharmacy until I started using this one. The pharmacist and some of the staff are absolutely rude. If you hate your job so much that you feel the need to spew rudeness to customers I recommend finding a new career. I will no longer be using bakers to fill my prescriptions I recommend no one else uses this location either.

Gave them every chance again and again, finally left. Extremely rude pharmacists...the techs aren't always terrible but can't imagine they enjoy working here. The pharmacist literally yelled out to me when I walked up once "we'll get to you when we get to you!" Stood there for 10 minutes. I get that they are short staffed and probably have a ton to do, but don't take it out on the customer who is already in a vulnerable position coming to get prescriptions from you. Used to be a great place when a pharmacist named Mike ran it. Continually screwed up our orders and requests... such as almost double dosing my 7 year old daughter's medication. Two stars because no one died but seriously...take your business elsewhere - if you need in the same area there's a Walgreens, Target, and Walmart Neighborhood Market all at that same intersection...go to one of those.

Tried to transfer a simple, common medication from Walgreens. Was put on hold for 10 minutes. Pharmacist then told me it would take them two days to fill it and that Walgreens was closed today. They are not closed today. They have always been open on Sundays. I let the pharmacist know and she said she still couldn’t help me, then slammed the phone down and hung up on me. Called the Bakers Pharmacy Pepperwood location which was very polite and they told me they would have it ready in one hour! Don’t waste your time or money at this Baker’s.

Terrible customer service. Just called to have my prescription filled and the lady on the phone was very rude. I get the auto refill once a month but since my doctor cut my dose in half I only need it it every other month now. I know after a couple days they will put the medication back if not picked up. So when I called to explain this to them and have them refill it since my husband was on the way to pick it up the woman on the phone said “I don’t know what you want me to do” in a very rude and abrupt voice. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced rude employees at this pharmacy. This was the last straw and I don’t need to waist my time at a pharmacy that doesn’t teach customer service. I’ll go to Hy-Vee where they teach there employees to smile and talk to customers with respect.

I'm left to assume the management at bakers would rather I shop elsewhere. Message received loud and clear. What a poorly run business. I'd be ashamed to say I was a part, ANY PART, of this organization. I thought club carwash hated customers! They do but bakers takes the loathing of the public to a whole new level! Invest the funds to more than double your self check out stations, then close one set ALL THE F****** TIME! Then just to make sure we know you hate us, don't pay your employees, deal with CONSTANT TURN OVER, have a woman running these self checkouts that really has no clue what she is doing. I MEAN NOT A F****** CLUE! Leave her out there as the lines reach back to the dairy section, and then have meetings and conference calls and e-mails flying around trying to figure out why she's quitting! The really scary part is, majority of you idiots are straight, and reproducing! You skim enough off the top to ensure your runny nosed off spring get and education, and head out into the world, TO F*** OVER A WHOLE NEW GENERATION! A NEVER ENFING SUPPLY OF IDIOCY! I'd Fareway more expensive? Yep! Are they closer! Yep! Do they give a single f**** Yep! Do they have a f****** clue? Yep! Do they get my business after tonight's fiasco? YEP!

I usually go to this store because it's close to where I live however the last few weeks has not always been a good experience. I use a wheelchair so doing shopping is not always easy. This place has a new self service checkout area that is a little harder to reach the screen than the old ones. In the evening they close the old ones and leave the new ones open. Every time I decide to go to a cashier they are always busy and they only have one available in the evening. They moved the produce section around and now it's harder to find plastic bags that are within reach. There isn't a sign posted for the deli section hours. Sometimes they are still open at 7 pm or they are closed. Today there was a sign that was posted saying they will be closed at 5 pm. Multiple people including myself was at the deli section before 5 but they wouldn't serve us because they had already closed. This place definitely could use some improvements.

It's pretty good experience overall. I used the walk up window and had to wait quite a while yet while before they would come over in a system in period it seems like insight customers take a priority over the walkout. Once the pharmacist got there everything was fine and very friendly in the transaction.
