Came in for my prescription drugs. Their inventory system are early 1900, they can’t tell right away if they have it in stock. Took an hour for them to tell me they don’t have it in inventory. Wasted a whole hour just for that. Either lazy employee or they need to update their computer system to 2023.

Pharmacists and other staff are generally friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable.

I would give zero stars if that was an option. I've been trying to reach the Bakers Lakeside Pharmacy on the phone for three days. It rings and rings with no answer for ten minutes. Today I finally got in touch with someone. He was curt, rude and unprofessional. Asked me if I could hold a minute and without waiting for an answer he placed me on hold. I waited 15 minutes on hold and then hung up. Yes, there are staffing shortages. HIRE MORE PEOPLE! PAY MORE MONEY! WHATEVER IT TAKES!

Waiting one week for them to order enough pills to fill one 90 day prescription. They blame it on short staffing. Not sure that this alone explains what is going on. As they have replaced the entire staff here in the last 60 days.

The Baker's pharmacy staff are always friendly and extremely helpful. They go above and beyond any other pharmacy staff that I have ever dealt with. They work hard and are very courteous. Customers need to be more compassionate and understanding. We are a long way from a Covid employee recovery. The staffs in most business are asked to work harder than ever before and unfortunately patrons have a tendency to forget that. I have been a Baker's Lakeside customer for more than 14 years.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this pharmacy. I need a specific brand of generic and this is the only one I could find that would willingly and quickly help me get it.

My doctor called in an antibiotic for my mother. I called today to see if it was ready. I was told it was over 400.00. I asked if they used the GoodRx card and was told they were not contracted eith GoodRx any longer although they are clearly still listed on the GoodRx site. I called another location to see if this was true and was told yes they do still take good Rex but most times use an in-house discount which is even better. My mothers insurance does not cover this medication and it's the only one she can use. Fortunately I found a competitor who was more than willing to help me out. I will be transferring her other prescriptions also. I also was not offered their in house discount.

Slow, crabby, overweight girl pharmacist at Lakeside Bakers. Name might be Alex. Would not give Good RX rate when shown cell coupon. Pushy, uncooperative, and not customer friendly. Would not make effort to resolve problem. Acted like you bothered her by making a purchase. Bakers used to be overly friendly but now with crabs like Alex I prefer elsewhere. She needs to avoid humans, maybe work in a prison where she can refuse to help people daily.

Well... at least it's not Walmart. For this particular Bakers, I don't have the greatest of things to say, but I'll throw it a bone. Tips : Their chocolate is ALWAYS on sale. For a boujee chocolate eater like myself, I'll go broke over a $3.50 bar of chocolate, however bakers always has Theo on sale - 2 for $5! A steal I'll take! When it comes to discounts, they always have great discounts ready for the taking. In terms of produce... well, the 99C /lb sweet potatoes and red onions are their greatest hit (best had in season). Other than that, they can have decent asparagus, but I'd stay away from their fruit. Almost every time I eat it, I regret it, and it's typically always gone bad. Sigh. This particular Bakers also has an intense gnat problem, or just bug problem in general. Almost all the produce has some kind of gnat infestation going on. If I'm honest, this location just feels dirty and I don't love going unless I have to. Quite a bummer. Make sure to really be in the know about prices because sometimes what is on sale is actually the normal price for an item and you're not actually getting a deal - so shop smart.

Five people working in the pharmacy while one customer and the one working the desk continued to have casual conversation as the line grew to 7 people in line without addressing the 2nd person in line or excusing themselves from a casual conversation to be customer service

Kroger Rx Savings Club is all about them continually taking money from you once you get signed up. My mom used this club, and after she passed away they would not cancel her billing without a death certificate. I had taken my power of attorney into Bakers, but they had "no record of it on file". The customer service at the toll free number was just as useless.
