Very kind and helpful staff. New to their pharmacy so wasn't sure what to expect but they are fast and very knowledgeable if you have any questions about your meds or others that you are not taking. Will continue to use their pharmacy going forward!

Drive thru is closed "for the foreseeable future". This pharmacy can't handle "short staffed". I have prescriptions at other pharmacies, WITH drive thrus and they don't have to close the drive thru... Even if they have one or two people working. This pharmacy can have more than two people working, but can't manage to keep the drive thru open?!! It's the same amount of customers whether IN the store or IN their car. It seems like they want you to take your business elsewhere.... Then that's less they have to do!!!

From five stars to one star. This pharmacy is no longer my preferred pharmacy. No drive thru. They close for lunch. It feels like they no longer care about their customers. Sad. Thank goodness there are other pharmacies.

Here lately I haven't been happy with the pharmacy at all. I understand being short handed but my auto sync is thrown off. My son got 2 prescriptions on Friday and as of today only 1/2 of it is filled. Both should be done at the same time.

Worst pharmacy probably in Omaha. Never have items ready when say they will. Loose prescriptions constantly. Call and tell you items are ready when not. Require prescription for needles when the medication you are on is injected. Rude employees. Long wait times. No communication. Had to call 5 times in two days to get them to make my prescription.

On Monday, June 2nd, 2019, I went to Baker's pharmacy at 888 Saddlecreek Rd in Omaha, Ne, to pick up a prescription. Baker's had an advertised price of $40.30 for the prescription on Goodrx.com. When I went to pay for the medication I was told to pay a price of over $400, despite providing the coupon advertised by their business. When I inquired about the price differential Joel the pharmasist said that Goodrx was not insurance and he was not obligated to meet the advertised price. I then declined the prescription. Baker's pharmacy should meet the advertised prices agreed to with their partners and publically advertised.

Couldn't ask for a better pharmacy. I appreciate that this team is in my neighborhood, they make it easy for me with reminders by phone and text and have great advice on my meds.

I have nothing but kudos to this team. Theyre friendly, and professional (nice combination) and thanks to the auto-filling & auto-renewing of my prescriptions, I always have my meds and my test results show, I'm getting healthier! I really really appreciate this pharmacy.
