Tonight I am SO thankful for the assistance that I received from Tallon whom was getting off work and was kind enough to help me. Coming home off the interstate a large trash bag got sucked underneath my back tire area. He was so sweet to help me a remove it from my car. He didn’t have to and could have said sorry but he took the time to help. If this is how an employee treats a stranger in need. I can just imagine how well they’d treat a customer. In the future if I need any work done I will be returning. So thankful for the courtesy that was shown.

I called to request an estimate after getting into a car accident. The woman, Ashley, who answered the phone was incredibly rude to me. I was unable to even express what I was calling about, as she interrupted me and talked over me constantly. I asked her to let me finish talking, which she did, but she continued to speak to me in a very harsh, rude voice tone. I am calling in distress, needing help, and this is what I got. It's fine if you can't meet my needs, but BE NICE ABOUT IT. Kind customer service goes a LONG WAY

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! I took my car here on 8/25/23 at the recommendation of my insurance carrier. They had the car for 2 months claiming they were having difficulty procuring a part. I spent numerous hours trying to assist them in getting the part. After 2 months of searching I chose to pick up my car. When I picked up the car it was FILTHY inside. Although they lied that the car had been "detailed" and was ready for pickup. Compound was all over the inside of the vehicle. In addition they without justifiable reason, replaced 3 unaffected and functional, glass windows with aftermarket parts although I was very clear that all parts needed to be replaced with OEM parts to protect the cars Certification status. What was equally concerning is none of the windows that were replaced had anything to do with the damage. There was no reason to replace the 3 windows. I believe they damaged the windows in an attempt to repair the vehicle and replaced them with cheap alternatives to lower their expense. Now I am fighting with them to put OEM windows back in my vehicle. The car was a Mercedes certified vehicle when I gave it to B Street Collision. Due to their work, the car was not a certified vehicle when it was returned to me. Not to mention I still need to find an interior molding piece they couldn't find. AND I need to pay to have the interior of the vehicle fully detailed. I also discovered my trunk latch is now inoperable so i will also need to pay to have it repaired. I have contacted the BBB, yhe Attorney General office, and will be seeking legal counsel, regarding the work of this facility. Save yourself time and aggravation. Do not go here. Got my car towed here when I had a flat because it was late and this was the closest place while I figured my life out. They were super nice and understanding when I called and told them I would be back soon to fix the tire and get the car out of their hair. When I went to change my tire they even helped get it put on and make sure it was properly torqued. Highly recommend this place. They’re very nice, understanding, and helpful. Thank you guys at the Paul street location! Will definitely recommend yall in the future.

I had a 2007 G6 front fender and headlight repaired/replaced. After the repairs were completed both windshield fluid nozzles were mysteriously broken. These are 34$ each! I asked B Street to reimburse me since nobody was under the hood but them. They denied that it was their doing. Also the headlight they replaced works intermittently. They told me that I have to demonstrate that problem in their shop for them to fix it. How in the world would I do that with an intermittent wiring problem? A reputable shop would have said "Bring it in and we'll take a look at it." Not B Street. Their word and all the nice warrantee texts mean nothing. Steer clear.

My car was side swiped and needed repaired. They worked great with my insurance and got my car done faster then expected and had a loaner lined up for me. They did great work on my car and communication was great through the whole process.

My Nissan Murano needed a replacement front bumper cover and repairing/repainting of the hood. They came within $6.06 of the original estimate and did a wonderful job. If you are in KCK and need any body work, I heartily recommend them.

Amazing experience! We dropped off our Dodge Journey yesterday and got a phone call this afternoon that it was done! The car looks amazing. They also washed and detailed the car! I would definitely recommend and use them again!
