Perfect service. Can’t think of anything to suggest for improvement. Scheduling my appointment, text reminders, ease of drop off, regular status updates and delivery a week ahead of planned date! The repair work is top notch. This place, recommended by my Toyota dealership, is outstanding! You deserve the 5 stars.

I accidentally backed my car into my garage door, it ripped my antenna out of my roof and left a pretty nasty hole. My insurance agent spoke with B Street Collision and they got me set up with an appointment. They couldn't attend to my car right away, they were backed up with work on cars that suffered damage from all of the storms that came through recently. However, they invited me to come by so they could put a patch on the hole until they could get it into the shop. After they estimated the damage I caused to my car they also informed me that there was hail damage present, and asked me if I would like that attended to as well. I really appreciated that they reached out to me about the hail damage, and I agreed to it being fixed as well. Lucy, Marcus, and Corey were so absolutely friendly, and made me not feel so bad about me backing my car into my garage door. They gave me updates at every step, I was kept very well informed about the repairs being made, the parts being replaced, pricing, and estimated repair time. My car was done 10 days early. When I got my car back it was as if I just pulled it out of the dealer's lot. The repairs were perfectly done, the paperwork left in the vehicle, they detailed my car, and the interior smells brand new. If I ever am in need of their services again, I am confident they will take the absolute best care of my vehicle. I highly recommend this company!

I have used B Street Collision - Southwest in the past as well. They have great communication, awesome staff and my vehicles always look great a pick-up. Not to mention that they coordinated my rental car pick-up and drop-off for an insurance claim. The work was done head of schedule. Another great experience at B Street Collision - Southwest.

Lucy and the staff at B Street Collision are top notch! They were polite in every interaction, prompt with all updates, and very knowledgeable with all aspects of my repair! The repairs were done ahead of schedule and I will plan to use them any chance I get in the future!
