Angelica was amazing. I had gotten in a car accident and i'd made an appointment at enterprise and I got there. And they told me I had my reservation canceled by them. Because there were no cars available. Even though like I said, they'd made my reservation and confirmed it. And it was still active anyway so I had no car. I already having a bad day. Am I friend referred me to Avis So she took me there and they were so kind And helpful she already had the car picked out. I mean, we did call ahead of time. But still she had already had everything ready to go for me. We were super quick. She was super friendly. Not to mention that I do love this Car That I rent said I definitely would recommend going to them for any rental. I know they're a little more expensive sometimes than enterprise. But i'm telling you it's worth it

I wish I could give negative stars! DO NOT rent from here! They are unethical criminals who do nothing but come up with fake fees, steal your rental car, claim you never checked it in, and steal your money! These people are literally crooks. Save yourself the time and stress and try another place. I'm still trying to get my money back and I rented in JUNE!!

This is the 2nd time we rented a car from Avis. We were very pleased with the 1st time, we requested the same car we had from the 1st trip. The staff made it happen for us. We enjoyed our trip, the gas mileage was great. We highly recommend Avis to anyone needing a vehicle for leisure, business trip, family vacation. We will be renting again from Avis for our next vacation.

I rented a vehicle from this location to get me around while my car was in the shop. The repair took longer than expected, so I had to extend the rental with Avis a couple times. Each time, the service over the phone was friendly, and they were willing to make things easy. The rental ended up going to about one month, which cost around $1900. This was a painful bill to pay, since this was not a rental for pleasure or travel - it was a big expense that I had to pay along with the repair of my actual car.What I didn't realize was that the people at this Avis location intended to charge me an illegal "tax" on the tail end, possibly thinking that since I can afford a full month of rental, they can just add a fraudulent charge at the end? Whatever the motivation, it is clear that the people at this location have no integrity and are abject liars.The rental car I returned was fully detailed inside and out before I brought it back, since that would be the respectful way to return anything, and I even gave the cleaning extra attention because I was thankful at the time that I was able to extend the rental to suit my needs.A couple weeks after returning the car, I received a notice in the mail that I will be charged an additional $450 for "Excessive debris; sand" in the interior. That is not the condition the vehicle was returned in. Avis has no photos to prove this false claim, either.The criminals at this Avis location have figured out that they can steal from their best customers by charging fake fees that are hard to dispute. It should be mentioned that you can professionally detail the inside and out of a Lamborghini for less than $450. Vacuuming the carpets of the low quality Kia I was stuck with does not cost anywhere near that much. I am sure they can't provide an invoice for professional cleaning either, especially since I returned the car in better condition than I first got it.I can't imagine how these bottom feeding crooks look at themselves in the mirror in the morning.If you need a rental car, go literally anywhere else. These people will lie to your face and steal from you - not small amounts, either. $450 is enough to consider building a civil or even criminal fraud case against them, just on principle. They chose that amount by banking on it being right at the limit of what people are willing to fight hard over or not.Listen, small franchise local business owner: If your location doesn't make enough money, stealing from the customers you do have is not a good long term strategy. You should be ashamed of yourself, Nora Henry, and every other member of the team (if there are any).This is disgusting, unethical behavior. If I had returned a dirty car, I would take the hit like an upstanding person should, but this is simply theft, period.**EDIT: In response to the copy/pasted reply from corporate:Would it be best to send official legal correspondence to the rental location in question, or is there a corporate address that is preferred? In either case, please contact me so I can direct you to my counsel. They will iron out the communication details moving forward. Thank you.

The couple at the Avis store were outstanding. They went out of their way to show us the cars they had available. I've had numerous bad experiences with rental agencies, so I highly-appreciated how they made the process so easy and comfortable. I will be sure to use this agency again and again. I look forward to renting from Avis again at this location.

Great customer service. Like 10/10. I had an issue with one of their fleet cars. D*** luck really. The rep called the owner (I didn’t talk to her) and the owner quickly found and executed a solution. Judging by the responsiveness the owner seems to be actively involved in the franchise which is probably more of a rarity these days.

Was charged $82 for returning the vehicle on empty. It had a full tank of gas. Required multiple calls to resolve.
