Never in my life have I ever gone into a auto parts store and been rushed out. I came in looking for 2 things and was rushed out before i could get to my first one at 1200 hours on a Saturday. I dont know who Jr thinks he is but i will make sure no one ever comes back to this location.

Second time I come to this store when it claims to be open and it's not. Change your hours or get actual staff that shows up on time.

My Son was able to go in and find the part he needed without any issues. Go home and put in the light bulb part no problem.

I shared my horrible experience and AutoZone shared an impersonal and canned reply. They appear to be "checking a box" and not caring in their replies. If they cared, they would have responded sincerely. This is another example of how THEY DO NOT LISTEN and ANOTHER REASON I WILL NOT COME BACK TO THIS STORE!!!

NO, they cannot duplicate fobs and keys like they advertise, the guy looked at me like I was crazy and said dealership only they don't do that at auto zone.

Great helpful store, where is cycle the oil when we do an oil change on our vehicles there. They also check the error codes if you have the check engine light on. Need to support our local stores more and more
