I was very satisfied with Rain, Felipe, & Uriel after dealing with Saddle Creek . These guys made me very welcoming. Thank God for great customer service.
Uriel went above Beyond he called me back he kept me updated on getting my parts. He made me feel so much better after having a rough day at saddle Creek. We need more employees like him at AutoZone. I really appreciate y’all!!! .

The Hispanic employees at this location are quite disrespectful...management please talk to them and advice them to NOT talk in Spanish about customers because some of us can understand what they're saying.

The store manager Armando is very professional and polite been a commercial customer and this is the best service I had in a long time. Armando and his team are very devoted and always put the customer first. North 30th location is my go to ever since he became the store manager. Keep up the good work!

I just want to come here and give Alberto Camacho & Uriel Garibay a huge thank you for their attention to detail and service during my visit to AutoZone on 30th street. After having a minor issue for a while, these guys made sure I did not leave the store without it being resolved. Huge thanks to them!! I’m extremely appreciative.

It was awful. I went to pick up one item so I could deliver it thru an app. I stood there waiting for about 10 minutes (it seemed like) and when I told a young lady why I was there, she couldn't even find the item right away. That took another three minutes.

I called looking for a locking gas cap for 2 different vehicles and all I got was chatter and laughter on the other end, I could barely hear the rep, and when I gave the vehicle information for the first car and they looked up what I was looking for they gave me a price I asked if that was their cheapest price and I said thank you and was about to ask for the second vehicle and I was hung up on. Not the first time this has happened to me either with AutoZone

Franklyn here is awesome! He went above and beyond to get me the best deal on a new battery, he was very informative and knowledgeable. There was a discrepancy with a refund I was waiting on and he got it solved no problem. He was very kind and patient with me. I hope he never goes anywhere because I would choose him for battery problems any time!

I called the store at 11:30 am today and requested an alternator price and availability, the customer service representative would not attempt to lookup the part number, I informed her that the So. Omaha store looked it up and priced it. She told me to call the So Omaha store and get the pa rt number and call her back. Do you not want my money? I will spend it somewhere else. This is unacceptable.
