Went to auto zone today with my sister and Mike M and Lucas went above and beyond to help her with her vehicle! They took their time to make sure we were well taken care of and made sure everything was right. I could not thank them enough for everything!

I wouldn’t recommend this store. They are rude and they do not help you at all. The store manager doesn’t even bother to help and treats their clients bad. I would recommend to go to O’Reilly across the street they are really respectful and always give you a hand .

This place never has parts for my 05 Chevy Silverado 1500!! Why?? So frustrating, but when my truck is down they are the closest to me. I express my disappointment each time, but it only gets worse. Do us all a favor & just close your doors. BJ D

Got a car battery back in October put it in my car never worked. Battery said 1 yr warranty went back to turn in battery and was told it was a 90 day warranty. Spent $100 on battery got a $10 store credit. No core return or anything else just the $10 store credit. Make sure to ask questions before you get anything from here. The Agent was nice to me. That's why they got 3 stars

I have problems calling this company to find out they had my part. I called and called they picked up the phone and had not picked up the phone and then picked up the phone and hung up. I have now learned that I will never ever go to this company again and ask for help. O'reilly's actually when above and be on their way to help me out. O'reilly's even put the park on my car.

Apparently I'm the first customer to ever come in the store with an exchange for an item without a recipient. Swapping out a simple wrong sized rear wiper was an hour long ordeal that required 2 employees and a manager to accomplish. After FINALLY getting it ordered, I thought the nightmare would be over, but no, the store can't handle calling you as they said they would.When calling the employee asked bothered and couldn't hang up the phone fast enough. When asking for the manager, she got a big ole grin on her face and she thought me asking for her and being bothered by the experience was a hilarious situation.So, instead of making a scene I'm leaving them this review and I'll gladly take my business across the street in the future.

Josh went above & beyond to help me with car. It died pulling into the parking lot , he tested my car & battery even helped me with my replacement battery .. was kind explained that my current battery doesn’t go to my car & got me right with another one .. this man is the best & glad he was working in the store today
