The shop seemed disorganized and not sure if they are under staffed, but my car was in there forever for just brakes. Their estimate on other things seemed insanely high.

my transmission went out and had me stranded on the side of the road. I called Automedic and spoke with Travis. He said I could have the vehicle towed there and he would get it diagnosed and go from there. He offered to send a tow truck even. My vehicle was quickly diagnosed and I felt confident with their findings. I did need a new transmission as well as a motor mount. I told Travis they could move forward with the repairs and two days later it was completely finished. Travis was very knowledgeable as well as honest and straight forward. Justin was the technician and did a great job. I was very impressed with the turn around time in getting my vehicle back on the road. I finally found a repair shop with integrity and I can be confident that my vehicle will be fixed right and I wont be taken advantage of and charged for repairs I don't need. Many thanks to Travis, Justin, and Automedic. You have acquired a new, loyal, customer!

Automedic should be the only place you take your vehicle to be worked on. When you visit ask for Travis! Wednesday morning my truck broke down. I called automedic as soon as they opened. I told Travis what was going on and he told me he would have a tow truck to come get me. By 11 I was on my way home from automedic and I was given a loaner vehicle. Today my truck was finished and ready to go.
Every time I come here I'm always kept up to date with my vehicle and all questions answered. It's always a good experience.

These folks are honest, fair and sincerely want the best for you as a customer. I use them for all of my routine maintenance on my Acura MDX, as well as any of the things that come up that may not be so routine. They have my total trust and confidence.Plus they are super nice.
