Jake and Greg are so friendly and helpful! I go to the store when I cannot get resolutions thru the phone or online; they always assist me and know what to do! Love these guys!!!

AT&T is the ABSOLUTE WORST business I have EVER dealt with. If you don't have a problem while your connected to them, there's not a problem!!!... BUT, wait till you need to call their 800#. You will NEVER get to a live person. ...It takes you through the "loops" & disconnects you. I will NEVER use this company EVER again. I never got a refund for my unused weeks (3, to be exact) in the end either. I tried calling many different 800 numbers with them...even tried their on line chat forum... No one could help me get my refund because I was a pre paid customer!!! BEWARE AMERICA.... Worst company EVER!!!!! (They don't even deserve 1 star, but, I wouldn't be able to post this review until I chose a star!!!!)

I just want to say thanks to the guys that work at this store! Jake and Greg went above and beyond helping me get my phone working. I had been trying for 2 days to get my phone number ported over to my new phone and after multiple calls to customer service and getting nowhere, we stopped into the store and they were able to get it fixed!

I had to get a new phone as it had been 6 years and I was overdue. I hate getting a new phone because I hate having to transfer everything and learn how the new one works. The guy that helped me (I think his name was Jake) did a great job, taking the time to listen to what I wanted (basically my old phone in a new phone) and set up my new phone so it looks just like my old phone (contacts, texts, photos, apps, etc). Since I apparently only do this once every 6 years, I appreciate that it was so seamless!

This place is ridiculous. Every time I come here to do business, something gets messed up. Last time I did business there, I traded in my Frontier watch for money off on the Galaxy Watch 4. This was on May 6, 2022. They took my Frontier watch, didn't give me a discount on my new watch for the trade-in, and they had both watches active on my account (my new watch and the one I traded in). I got my first bill, and it was enormous. Long story short, I had to make 5 calls over a 3 week period to get everything straightened out. It's ridiculous. Stay away from this shop.

Really impressed with Jake. Super knowledgeable and friendly. No pressure sales. He just gives you the data you need to make a good decision.Way better than Jake from State Farm.

Went here as they are close to home. Very helpful and worked with us. I'm in the military and a first responder and got a great deal. My son was being a pain ans they turned on cartoons for him to keep him busy and entertained. Very helpful and would recommend.

I came into the store with a lot of questions about my new AT&T wireless account and bill. I was ready for an argument. But Greg met me immediately as I walked in and explained everything thoroughly and patiently. Most importantly, he understood my questions. Turns out everything is fine and dandy. My thanks to Greg.

New to AT&T but so far the service works better and faster than the one I had before. The staff at the Oakview location have been the most help so far. Already not a fan of the customer service people, as no one was willing to help me see if the issue getting one of the kid’s phone upgraded was resolved (four different people with four different answers). Walked into the store and without hesitation the manager was looking up my account & resolving the issue as best as he could. I’ll just head straight there in the future instead of wasting my time on the phone.

I came here as a new customer wanting to set up my own wireless account. Jake has been fantastic to work with, and has been very helpful with any concerns or questions I've run into. Though I do believe they need better customer service agents via phone, and reps in store should have access to more tools.
