Called them on a very busy Saturday morning. Didn't know if they would have time to get my car that day. But at 3pm they showed up and took care of everything!! The driver was very nice and knew what he was doing!! Would highly recommend!! Thank you so much!!

Rhe wrwck wr driver Cody was very polite and nice .I can't say the same for Sharron Herr. She was rude and did not take me seriously about my truck needing to be towed after a jell up.i kept getting lied to about a wrecker to pick up my semi. For 4 days. Not happy about that at all. The personnel staff at the drop was very polite and easy to talk to. Hats off to the good people at arrow. The dispatch people need some seriously reconsider there position when talking to paying customers.

Got into a car accident with the tow truck . They left there door open in a small street and I hit the door and there insurance won’t pay for my car and the manager is rude !! I would not recommend these people to anybody

They really saved the day for me when my battery died in the middle of a snowy street. The road was like a maze of snow banks and parked cars but they still found a way to get to my car and tow it off the road. They were so polite and helpful and I’m so grateful for what they did!

I broke down in the middle of Amazon's in gate. After calling, they were so quick to show up, try to get my truck running and took the time to tow me into the dealership. I knew I would pay a good price for a heavy truck tow, but found it to be an incredible value.Getting the "tow of shame" always suck. But made a crummy day a little brighter. I am so grateful they were there to rescue me!

Would give 0 stars if I could. I requested a tow and was quoted $150+ "a little more" for a special tow truck. Prior to calling a tow truck we tried to jump it without success. In the end we were charge $400 without notice and I when I requested a itemized receipt it showed I was charged for 2 tow trucks and there was a note in my car saying it starting after a jump. So essentially I was charged $400 for a jump and a tow of a working vehicle.... would not recommend.I tried to call to discuss these charges and was given a rude run around and then was told they would have to call me back and I have not heard from them since. My husband called to follow up and was given no answers. Terrible customer service and charged us for unnecessary and unwanted services.

Despite not wanting to need a tow service, Arrow Towing was outstanding. Our car broke down on the side of a highway at midnight and we needed it moved due to being a safety hazard to other drivers. They picked it up quickly and kept us informed proactively at every step. Just call them!!

Apparently if you need service, you're the last priority no matter how long you wait. I had to wait over 3 hours to get service because they kept taking other calls despite dropping temps and being stuck on the side of the road at night. No updates as to ETA other than driver will call when they're on their way. Because they took so long, had no ther choices to get other towing services due to the late hour. Charged higher because they kept delaying services and had no other options. Very poor service.
