I took several items in...and it was one of my favorite blouses. I don't hardly ever wear it...I pointed out that there were spots on it and asked them to make sure they make sure to spot it. I went to pick up my garments and I looked them over..My good blouse had a hole in the back that had been stitched up. I told them this was not how it was. I left the blouse there and was told the manager would call me. Four days passed and I called. First I was told he was not there...then I explained and he showed up...said it was not possible That they did not have anyone that had alteration on the premises..I was told that he would not do anything about it..In the meantime someone else came in and he just went and helped them as they were complaining loudly about the service and I stayed on hold for five minutes with him argueing with her that it wasn't his fault...NEVER apparently is anything his fault. I am very upset...

Never a mix up with our clothes. Always do a great job for both suits and dresses. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Great price and great service.

Do a pretty good job for the money. When your hours are posted as opening at 9 on Saturdays, you should follow them. 9:15 and doors are still lockedService: Special care fabric cleaning

My God send these people back to Mexico ... No customer service . Garments left with spots -no way to communnicate with boss. Boss hardf to reach. NO mas por mi.Dont answer phone -used alot of gas...running back and forth. I understand people have to work but this is alittle crazy. And ythis is a second time .........Left my number no call back......... This is a joke for someone who is looking for a good job.!

I am writing this review as I'm standing in the lobby of the 120th street store, waiting for a manager to come in. My wife dropped off a dry clean only, silk shirt of mine on Tuesday, which was obviously tagged incorrectly when they took it, because when she came in, they tried to give her a pair of pants. The kids working behind the counter tried arguing with her that she brought in pants.I tried calling, before coming in, but the phone was a fax line that was never answered. When I came in to speak to someone about it, I was told there was no manager there, and that he came in when he feels like it. They tried calling the manager, in front of me, but they didn't pick up their phone. Zero urgency, zero service. Once this is resolved, we won't be back.

Took silk shirt and twice in order to have a spot removed was given grief by young attendant because I brought it in more than 2 hours after I picked. It up refused to refund money offered to run it through the machine again after promising previously to work specifically on the spot.We'll never use these Yahoo's again.Service: Organic dry cleaning

They say any garment 2.99. Well it used to be the only garments that are possibly 2.99 are shirts. They used to be. But now very miss leading. If you need your clothes dry cleaned and actual cleaned well and at a fair rather than a miss leading pricing go to another cleaners and get it cleaned well. There is no need to drive this far and go to your neighborhood dry cleaner.
