Andrea is top notch in customer service as well as service to her community. It was incredible how easy it was to get a quote for homeowners and auto. She made every easy means to do that available (email, text, phone, and in person). She has since gotten back to me same day with any issue or question, often within the hour. She’s honest, fast, efficient, knows the industry, and actually saved me thousands when all I expected was just a reasonable and fair premium. To top it off, she spends time fundraising for people in need. My trust was earned quickly.
