I drove all the way from Elkhorn just to come to this location and see Amy. She is personable, informative, patient, and very friendly. This is my second year coming to Amy and I don’t see myself going anywhere else. They also have a wide selection and excellent prices.

Ms. Shantel is amazing and the kind of lady that is in her position. I'm a single mom and she treated me with compassion rather than just a Sale. I pray for many blessings for her, well deserved. The reason for the post is noone treats us fairly with NO insurance. I hope she's rewarded for her GREAT service and GREAT heart. Keep up the WONDERFUL work, you made one customer and mom happy.

My experience started in December. My eye glasses had to be returned several times due to the invisible line, wrong prescription, and my frames didn’t fit my face! I even tried a different location for help. It comes down to calling their Corporate Office to make a complaint about my experience and lack of professionalism. To my surprise, I was told “you get what you pay for”. You should go somewhere else. Who says that to a customer from the Corporate Office? Wow! All I can say is Amy finally took the time to get me in the right eye glasses and right prescription. I would avoid calling the Corporate Office!

Review update! So the next day I talked to Terry on the phone I believe she was very helpful and explained to me why they couldn't give me my.prescription info on the phone and also she looked up my name for me and made sure they had my prescription so I didn't go there for nothing. When I got there I asked about the glasses I had before from there that broke and the blonde tatted up chuck was super helpful. When I went to pay for the glasses she explained to me that it costs the same for two pairs, she didn't have to do that and could have just let me order one pair. Very helpful and got a great price 69.99 for two pairs and one pair tint. Super happy now that I went in and apologize for the review before.

Amy was wonderful! She really helped pick out the frames that worked & looked good on me!! She even upsold me and I didnt even care I was paying more than the advertised promotion for the frames she helped me to select bc she made me feel like they were the best fitting, looking & practical for my transition & bifocals. She was nice and funny and you could definately see (no pun intended) that she loved helping people and her job. Thanks Amy!!!

My husband had his eyes tested and ordered glasses on 5/24/24 was told they can take 5 to 10 days. NEVER HEARD ANYTHING FROM America's Best. On 6/7/24 went into the place and was told that they ran out of the lenses will upgrade and will do a rush, should be in by 6/14/24! WELL ITS 6/14/24, 3 weeks since we ordered. NO GLASSES!! CALLED America's Best said yes the glasses were done on 6/8/24 but not shipped out til 6/13/24 and the store will not receive them til next week by 6/19/24!! Oh that is only one 1 pair the other pair is on hold but they have our money!! We got billed and had to pay asap but we have to wait for 4 weeks for one pair but paid for 2 pairs!! If you are time sensitive in getting new glasses DO NOT GO TO AMERICA'S BEST!! THEY HAVE ISSUES THAT REALLY NEED TO GET FIGURED OUT! ONE IS MANAGEMENT - THEY SHOULD HAVE CALLED TO LET US KNOW THEY WERE OUT OF THE LENSES TO GET THINGS GOING FASTER. BUT WAITING TIL THE CUSTOMER CALLS OR COMES IN IS VERY POOR POOR BUSINESS!! THEN TELL THE CUSTOMER THEY WILL DO A RUSH OK THE LENS WERE MADE THE NEXT DAY OF UPGRADING BUT NOT SHIPPED OUT FOR OTHER 5 DAYS AND THEY MUST SHIP IT THROUGH SNAIL MAIL BECAUSE THE STORE WILL NOT GET THE GLASS TIL 6/19/24. WHY?? THINGS CAN BE SHIPPED AND RECEIVED IN 1-3 DAYS!! VERY POOR BUSINESS ETHICS!!

I have been a patient here since 1991. There have been times when I’ve been less satisfied, but nothing awful enough to make me not return. Today I walked in to look at glasses and was immediately stopped by the person at the reception desk asking me what I wanted. I asked if I could look at glasses. He sternly replied no, as if it was an outlandish question. Then he looked at another employee who said I could. He again said I couldn’t, and was told again that I could. I let them know that I had my own prescription and asked if it was still alright. I was told it was allowed. I then went to browse the eyeglass selection. The second employee that confirmed that I could look at frames approached me, apologized for the other employee, and said that he was trippin. What? I don’t know what’s going on here but I will never come back. Employees need to know their job and treat customers with respect. Customer service IS still a thing. They have remodeled and also none of the usual employees were there so maybe there is new management. They lost money today and for the future from a very long time customer. Maybe put that employee in the back where he can trip in private.
