The owner helped me with my granddaughters graduation gift. Patra gives individualized suggestions and support. She went out of her way to expedite the appraisal which was done within a week. That is faster than any other store I called.The store is well designed and accommodating. I will recommend her to my family and friends.

I went in totally bowled over. I Asked Allenti to fix my wedding ring . Replace a diamond marquise . I went in exspecting my bill was 800.00 dollars and it was less than 200.00. Im telling you . You will not be sorry going in and doing business with them . Please do they are amazing .

We stopped by to get ideas on how to improve the look of my ring. The store wasn't crowded and I felt we were being rushed without being given options in a timely manner. I didn't get good vibes and the owner, Patra didn't really seem truly interested in helping me, even though she stated she would text the information to me with all possible options. We left feeling this probably wouldn't be the place to customize the ring.

I was gifted a custom ring for my birthday and it ended up being too small. I reached out to Patra and she was able to resize it for me no problem. She was very flexible, responsive and quick. It turned perfect! Thank you Patra!
