Keith Owens is incredible. Alfa Romeo of Omaha is the dealership to do business with. I am always respected when I come in or am in communication. Being a single car family he and the team always work quickly to deliver. This has been the best vehicle purchasing and servicing experience I have ever had from any dealership. Round of applause. We need more companies to act in transaction as you all have. Thank you

I highly recommend coming into this dealership not only the dealership but working with Keith Owens he was a great sales person to work with. It was my first time taking out an auto loan and he was very helpful and talked me through everything I needed to know about purchasing my 2021 Toyota Camry. You definitely feel like your getting helped instead of screwed over at this dealer.

This should be the VERY LAST place you choice to get a vehicle. From first impression they seem like nice caring people but after they get their commission they turn into completely different people DO NOT WASTER YOU TIME AND MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worked with Damien Poortinga again, always a pleasure! Great service, brought my new car to me, didn't even have to go to the dealership! I left my headphones in my trade in and they are sending them back to me!If you're looking for great service, a great sales associate, and an awesome new car, get ahold of Damien!

Things have certainly changed since 2020 when I leased a car from here. Trying to call in today and and have been transferred and hung up on 10 different times while trying to simply attain a number on the lease contract I have with them. Absolutely abysmal customer service.

Hi Cathe, The experience for both the Stelvio and Giulia has been outstanding. The process has been straightforward and transparent from both sides of the sale. In fact the Giulia was just delivered yesterday. Weve had the Stelvio for about a week. I would also add that Keith Owens has been super responsive. Throughout the negotiations and just as importantly post sale he has always responded to my question or request with urgency. Thanks you, David Skinner

I recently bought a 2022 Giulia, Damien was excellent through the leasing process. I test drove a similar Giulia on a Saturday and agreed to a trade in price on my car. I flew out of town on Sunday for a week and a half. When I was a way, Damien handled everything from financing to getting the car’s windows tinted before I returned. They were more than willing to negotiate deals and find promotions and never pressured me into buying the car. Alfa Romeo was also running a military promotion, which many luxury brands don’t offer or recently stopped offering.Keith was great too, he answered a lot of questions about some of the Maseratis when my boyfriend and I went to the dealership. They talked for a couple of hours about where the brand is going, new models, and different upgrade options for the Levante.Woodhouse dealerships have a higher level of customer service that I did not receive at other luxury brands in Omaha when I leased my previous two cars. I like how Woodhouse does their test drives where the sales person doesn’t ride with you in the car. The experience gives you an opportunity to focus on how a vehicle drives.

Scott was a man of professionalism, integrity, and exceeded expectations! There were no pressured decisions or induced guilt for potentially walking away, that many other dealers use as sales tactics. Scott kept the environment relaxed by incorporating comedy and bits of his personality, answered all questions, and made the trade in process a breeze for my old vehicle. One issue I ran into was In regards to the title paperwork. It wasn’t communicated to me by the other individual who handled all my paperwork signing, that the title for the vehicle would be significantly delayed. I went to the DMV to find out that they didn’t have the title yet. I then called Woodhouse and they stated the title was delayed due to the previous owner who had leased it. It was a little inconvenient and irritating since I work nights and have limited time/days available.Additionally, I've had several issues with the service station at this dealership. First off, I attempted to have a rim repaired shortly after purchasing it. I was initially informed that the rim guy was refusing to fix it (despite having the rim/wheel protection plan), due to the tires needing replaced. However, come to find out, they never inspected the tires before selling the vehicle to me. Major liability flaw on the dealership's end! They then were forced to repair the rim as originally planned and had to replace all 4 tires for free.As the story gets better, I went and had the tires replaced only to find out that they scratched a fair amount of finish off one of the rims when completing the job. After raising my concerns to one of the service scheduling guys, he went back to speak with the technicians. Unfortunately, the technicians declined to comment and were too afraid to come out and speak to me professionally about it. I then had to return to the service AGAIN to have another rim fixed. Far too many issues arose for being a more "high class/cliental" dealer. After reaching out to the service station manager, he apologized and didn't offer much more input for taking action and preventing these novice mistakes in the future.

I drove 4.5 hrs from out of state to get some warranty work done on my Alfa Giulia because my local dealer just closed up without notice to me after scheduling warranty work. You would have thought I was a long time customer of theirs. They treated me like they had known me forever and this was my first time here. They gave me a new Giulia loaner to drive around town while they fixed mine. The service people were very nice and accommodating. It also helped that they had lots experience in the matter. Would definitely recommend for service!

This was my first purchase with a Woodhouse dealership. I worked with Keith Owen to purchase a 4C. The whole transaction went very smoothly thanks to Keith, he did everything he said he would, we made a deal and there was no monkey business. He was able to acquire the car I wanted from another Alfa dealer, and the whole purchase was done over the phone. I was a little apprehensive of buying a car without seeing it but when I picked it up the car was perfect. Couldn't be happier, would definitely recommend these guys.

Damien made the experience as easy as pouring a cup of coffee. Am I seriously the new owner of an Alfa Romeo? Still can't believe it with how easy it was! From initial contact Damien was super responsive, and answered all my questions. I felt at ease and so comfortable buying a car having never even been inside the dealership. They shipped the car right to my door in speedy time. Im not sure what's more amazing.... the car or the experience. I highly recommend this dealership for a completely hassle free experience. I'm in love with my Stelvio! It's even prettier than in pictures.
