Rented through Costco Travel Services after checking the customer satisfaction ratings on Travelocity for Alamo out of the Omaha, NE airport. Alamo was tops in ratings and had the most competitive pricing. The employees were friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were flawless, and the car was superb. Nothing but praise for this rental experience. I will look to Alamo first for our next rental.

Everytime I rent from Alamo they treat me like a star! They make my day when I walk to the counter so courteous professional will rent again Alamo you're the best!!!!

Personnel and car were great. My only complaint is when I booked my flight and car rental I paid in full. Upon getting the rental car was charged an additional $300 for fees and taxes. an unexpected n additional expense.

Horrible service. Drove from GI to Omaha just for them to not let us rent the vehicle after they verbally confirmed everything and sent email reservation. Called customer service, spoke to a lady in “Escalations” I was being patient and nice even though I was very mad because our trip is today and we are supposed to leave in a few hours and she hung up on me!! All she said was “I’m sorry I can’t resolve anything for you” and hung up TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Worse experience. We had planned to pick up a big suv for 8 passengers and when my husband showed up they told him the car wasn't available. They tried to convince him to get 2 cars instead which wasn’t going to work since we were traveling with kids. They proceded to tell my husband to try and find a similar vehicle with a different company and that they would cover the difference. We were already upset at that point. My husband paid Alamo upfront and we were expecting a refund including the difference within days. It’s been a month and my husband only received a portion of the refund. We are still missing some money. We have been calling multiple times only to be bounced around. Finally someone from corporate called back just to tell us they cant help us because someone from this location needs to resolve this issue. My husband has left multiple voice mails, has called multiple times and sent multiple emails. This will be definitely the last time we do business with this company.

Car was new and in decent condition. The checkout/checkin process was a breeze. You didn't even have to stop at the counter if you prefilled everything in the app. The car had a dirty front window. There were also white paint flakes on various places.

So having an extremely frustrating time and making it an extremely bad day very quickly for me… Chassidy very quickly turned it around with her kindness and patience! She did everything she could to help in the moment and gave the most amazing customer service! Give that girl a raise! Also the car selection was amazing! Better than I expected! My whole experience overall was great and that surely started with Chassidy!

We had four contacts with the Alamo staff in Omaha NE. Three upon arrival, the first at the pickup counter around midnight, one who directed us to our car in the parking garage, and one at the exit gate upon departure. All were professional, polite, courteous, helpful and presented themselves as individuals who really cared about doing a good job and cared about helping us as the customer. The woman at the departure gate went above and beyond, actually taking an extra moment to confirm we understood how our car worked, how it went into park, as it was a push button on the lever, not the twist motion of the lever that could go unnoticed which was very helpful as I have never driven a Hyundai Sonata and had no idea. With the variation of systems these days that was super helpful as it seems each company has developed its own system. A Great experience. Our car was perfect, no issues. Aloha.

I’m very upset with this company right now. I booked my car rental through here when I booked my southwest flight. I walked up to the Alamo counter tonight after our flight landed and no one was at the counter. I asked the only guy at the only car rental counter open “Excuse me do I wait in this line for my Alamo reservation?” He said “No they are close and left a little while ago.” I couldn’t believe a car rental place would do that to someone. As a single mom traveling with her 6 year old son this turned into a very scary situation tonight. My son slept on the ground while I proceed to call Alamo phone number that said call back in the morning. I called southwest and they said they weren’t reliable for situations like these. I called my hotel which was 30 mins away and they didn’t offer any transportation. I’m very upset and will be calling Alamo first thing in the morning. I really don’t know how they can do this to someone.

The car worked perfectly for me, and was easy to figure out various features. The online check in the day before was a little more difficult than I thought it should be, and can’t remember what that involved. returning the car was so easy and the man was especially kind. Thank you, Elmo

Very Efficient, nice staff.
