After having horrible experiences at 2 other Omaha Advance Auto stores (L street and the other on 24th st), I decided to give the store on Center street a chance to earn my business. Honestly, if I hadn’t already made up my mind that I wanted a Diehard battery, I wouldn’t have even tried. Anyway, I had a much better experience… walked in and immediately got help! I had a nice young gentleman test my battery to discover what I expected…it was failing. So I purchased at new Diehard and he even carried it out to my vehicle! Thanks

My recent visit to Advance Auto left me quite dissatisfied. Despite their advertised price matching policy, I encountered difficulty when attempting to do so with a Walmart listing. Additionally, the staff seemed uninformed about their own policies and displayed a disappointing lack of respect. Furthermore, I couldn't help but notice that the shelves were poorly stocked, making it difficult to find the items I needed. This experience has raised questions about the reliability of Advance Auto's advertised services. I hope they address these issues to provide a more positive customer experience in the future.

Had to do brakes. Thought it was fronts, I didn't look just assumed, came back and guy at counter, a big guy, took care of me. He gave me a tissue for my crying when it cost a few $$ more than the fronts! I said the backs are smaller, I figured they were cheaper! He said there you go assuming again! Would give it a 5 ☆ but they had no cheese! ;-) THANX GUYS

Last week I went somewhere else to get my oil changed, they didn’t have my oil or the filter that my car needed so they sent me elsewhere but said they don’t have the filter either so I’d have to go and buy it! I have a 5 month old son and had timed it so that I fed him just before and he would hopefully not be fussy during the oil change. With everything, we were due for a bottle and I needed a filter fast. I called advanced auto and of course can’t remember the name of the man who helped me but he was kind enough to come grab my card, charge it inside and bring out the filter for me so I didn’t have to bring my crying son inside. I so appreciate him, I was having a rough day already and his kindness helped turn that around! Thank you so much!

I got there before they closed but the guy working said the registers were closed and wouldn't sell me a battery.

Very lazy employee this evening at this location.I kindly asked him to take a look at something with the oil on my car. It's a toss up between I only doing my job and not going above and beyond/ simply don't care/not knowledgeable/don't understand customer service and a sales process and not willing to go above and beyond for customers. Either way I'll definitely work not to choose advanced Auto Parts Anymore I have came to this location before and had someone assist me with fuzes but after going in the bathroom and looking at how messy it is which it's absolutely disgusting and then having an employee say 'I'm not a shop' when I ask him to take a look while I check my oil that I just bought it's comical. I would recommend to verse employees on customer service to approach people adequately so they're not looked down upon and maybe institute some sort of smart process to provide service or at least answer questions to customers so you can sell products in your store that's why it's comical it's like why would you work not to sell your products unbelievable hahaha

I would not deal with this company bought a battery last year and they told me it was out of warranty. They said it was only a 1 year warranty which I wasn't given the option on batteries let alone a warranty option. Would not recommend them

Had to return a taillight because I bought the incorrect one. They replaced it without a problem. Then they helped me get the bulb placed correctly. It was getting dark but there are bright light so I was able to finish the work there. The worker was great.

I bought two packs of low-beam headlight lamps online for pick-up at this store. Went to pick up and it turns out they come two to a pack, so I only needed one pack at $35 instead of two for $70. Told the guy I wanted to return one and he said, "Wish you had told me before I finished ringing them through. Now I have to wait an hour while the sales makes its way through the system." This is why I buy on Amazon. Returns are never, ever a hassle. And there are never any excuses.

Pretty over priced told me they had the part for my truck after making sure three times we were talking about the same thing. He reassured me it was but went there and no sir it was not.
