i’m very disappointed I bought a mattress returned it within a couple days because I didn’t like how it looked because they told me it would look the same as the display in the building!! but then i exchanged it for a ring doorbell and the ring doorbell didnt have all the pieces to it! so then i said just give me the bed back ill deal with how it looks and so I went back and got the mattress and now there’s tears in it and I’m paying full price for a mattress that they ruinedUNBELIEVABLE !!!!!!!

Ace has a great staff that work with their clients. I recently fell in hard times but their staff worked with me to make sure I kept my items and did everything they could to help and didn't threaten me like other rent to own places I've worked with over the years. Number one in my book for rent to own in Omaha Metro

I love Frank the Vice President out of all the stores. I first reached out to council bluffs location for a digital camera. They stated they didn’t have the camera I needed. Stated they were not getting any till Christmas. So my next stop was this place . It just happened that day Frank the VP was in the store and he went out his way to find me a camera which a bundle deal and educated me on the camera and the options that I had. He went to search for the camera and couldn’t find it . But he put in a special order for me at no cost! I’m sure I’ll be doing business again with Ace rent to own. The Owner of all the ace rent to own is awesome and glad that he is a VP very humble , kind person. You rarely run across people who go above and beyond. That’s exactly how I felt which was a priority as a customer.

Good location, great selection and Bart/Victoria are super nice. It would be nice, if corporate would understand that once you’ve paid your items off, it’s not necessary to pressure the associates to try to get you to purchase something else. Corporate should be happy items are getting paid off. Corporate is not the one that made the sale and should mind their business behind their computer.

Savannah B. was so nice I went in to buy a new sectional and I wanted it home that day and there were no trucks available at the time Savannah strapped it to the roof of her car and drove it to my home. I’ll definitely be coming back, and Savannah deserves a promotion
