This group prowled a parking lot very clearly marked as "PUBLIC PARKING" but starts towing cars after 9pm despite the kiosks not taking payments that late on Saturday nights. They will two a car over the weekend but hold on to it until Monday morning. How is this not a scam?!

Wish there was a zero star option. This business should in no way be allowed to function the way they do. Unethical, coercive, and manipulative at the least, but probably illegal since they've already been taken to court and pleaded guilty. Yet here they are still doing the same things.
