The restaurant was far from full, and we went at an off time about 2:30 on a Sunday. Our initial waitress was great, but she quickly disappeared and was replaced by a much less friendly one who informed us she'd sent all waitresses to the kitchen to clean and catch up the cook.
We waited almost 40 min to be served. First came out chicken strips and a basic breakfast for another party, and they brought the queso and chips (appetizer) at the exact same time. I mentioned it should have been an appetizer, and the waitress #2 just said oops sorry. Then they brought out another basic breakfast. 20 minutes later, the youngest member of our table, who was 4, received his pancakes. By this point, we were almost all done and had fed him from all of our plates. While we are eating waitresses, 2 begins slamming the chairs around while cleaning underneath the tables next to us. The volume level was dramatic and unnecessary. We polietely asked if we could get a refill on some of our drinks, and waitress 2 says, "I'll get your waitress from the kitchen for that." Why? She'd already brought food out. Why couldn't waitress 2 do it? She proceeds to get waitress 1 just for refills. Waitress 1 comes from in back and brought us refills on everything because waitress 2 had not bothered to tell her which drinks needed refills. Waitress 1 then apologized for waitress 2.
On top of the insane service, one set of hashbrowns was burnt quite badly, the chicken strips were Luke warm, and the eggs weren't cooked to order. Well, 1 was 1, wasn't. The bacon which I'd requested be crisp was limp. I did politely ask waitress 1 if the manager who I knew had just completed major training in the last 2 weeks was still there. She informed me that the manager had already quit! I would have complained directly, but there was no one to complain to, and waitress 2 didn't seem interested in anyones issues at all. We did, however, feel awful for the nice polite waitress we had in the beginning and at the end.
This place needs some help. The restraunt has potential, but the cook we got was a bit off his game, and the attitude of waitress 2 quite unpleasant. They seem to have trouble retaining staff. That's probably where the issue starts.

I shutdown last night to take my break.
This place, as most of the TA, is old.
The restroom was a mess. And this morning, it continues beeing a mess.
Of course, I will not use their restaurant service under any circumstances.

I stopped to get a trailer inspection and a tire changed . they said they could not do inspection. said they could change tire . 3 hours later 3 mechanics sitting around doing nothing. no tire change so I drove on down the road to a Love's truck stop . love's is a 5 star truck stop . TA and petrol sucks . I will pass this on to corporate of the company I pull for .

Top of the line ta!!! Went to three other ta s wasted many hours a loves and a Penske, this was last stop got me results thanks for taking time to help rather than send me on my way like many other spots did.

Parking lot at fuel holes so deep semi bottom on frame and rest of lot is just as bad lady at fuel desk very helpful and try to help her customers

very carefree guys, arrived at 2pm they said they would take me at 5pm, waited all day then they said they would take me in the morning, I had to make excuses to the broker and I would be late for delivery because of them
