“Usually very helpful. However I went in there one day a little over a week ago. I needed to cash in change to cover my account. The lady said the coin machine is broken and not back up for a week. She never offered another location or anything. It was all quarters so don't think it would be that hard. So I'm still trying to fix my account! Their coin machine was Duren at v last 1 x week. To make matters worse, I live about 50 miles from the nearest Veridian!”

“I’ve overall had a good experience with them, up until recently. I’ve always recommended them to friends and said good things but I will now be switching banks. I got charged 2 fees for charges I did not authorize and they refuse to reverse them because of “policy”.They had also been charging me a fee every month for bill pay that I had asked them to shut off but I guess that never happened so I was charged for around a year and she said she was only able to reverse 2 of the fees.Asked to talk to a manager and she said none were available and that the ones answering phones make the decision. So now I am stuck.Fees are clearly everywhere and they don’t do much to try to help with them. Very frustrated and disappointed.Edit: a manager did get ahold of me and did make things right.”
