“I got Bryan's interior detailing done, my car was LONG overdue. The trunk had been used to haul dirt, rocks, and sand before I flew home for six months when I left my car parked under a tree. I'm an ex-smoker and I can no longer pick up a hint of smoke in my car, the inside is pristine and everything looks cleaner than the day I got it for less than what I'd pay at any major chain.10/10 would recommend.Service: Auto detailing”

“Just ur typical do it urself carwash! I prefer these over the drive thru carwashes any day bc I'm OCD when it comes to getting my car clean. Quite a bit of trash on the grounds, but nothing that can't be picked up! I did have to move stalls bc the 1st one i pulled in wasn't starting after swiping my card even though it charged my account......the 2nd stall started right away, and the 1st charge was credited right back to my account! This is one of my go-to spots for keeping a clean car! Wouldn't recommend using the coin-operated vacuums bc they have zero suction!!! And I mean NONE whatsoever!”

“I'm from out of town and needed a self-serve car wash. Have never been to one that you pulled into and had to back out of, or back into and pull out of, whichever method you prefer. I'm used to more water pressure from the hose, but it worked fine. Only draw back was that there wasn't a pre-soak to help get all the bugs off. Overall, though, it was a good car wash. Also has credit card usability.”

“The wait was the real killer here. Even the dedicated washout lane was moving at about 1 unit every 20 minutes. I used to frequent Blue Beacon for every truck wash but now I try and find an alternative just due to the wait times during the day being quite business killing. For example this go around, for a washout I took 1H49M to get thru the process. Now I understand there is a balance here between moving fast and keeping a quality truck wash. Being open 24 does fix some of this but to be honest, I get my worst washes at night so I'm at a loss as to what to do. I do like Blue Beacon but 2 hours out of your shift for a washout is a bit much. Arrived at 930am and was out by 1119am.”

“This car wash is conveniently located close to my apartment, has good prices (especially having great discounts during Tuesdays), and has always done a good job at cleaning up my car while having not done any damage to it. Free vacuums are plentiful with rags and spray bottles as an added bonus. Staff has always been friendly. Highly recommend!”
“I recently went to the car wash at 0630. There was no attendant. I entered my code and was instructed to pull in. Building lights on but the car wash was dead. I had to back out. Caseys Store did not think it was important to block the entrance or state it was out of order. Caseys instructed me to contact Gorilla Car Wash.
I emailed Gorilla and Jessica responded the next day. She gave me a replacement car wash. This is outstanding customer service. Things break and that is part of life. Customer service is so important. Outstanding job Jessica.”

“Very nice place. The membership options are annoying but every company wants a piece these days. "Tips are appreciated" sign is at the end of the wash and not easy to give. All the people you speak to are at the beginning of the cycle - unless you give the tip before the service starts, which doesn't make sense, there's nowhere to put a tip!”
