Yes, to activate prescriptions you do have to wait sometimes a long time, but I am getting prescriptions at zero cost to me. People I have spoken with at the base pharmacy are very professional and helpful. To those that aren’t willing to be slightly inconvenienced, go to a civilian pharmacy and pay for your prescription.

Rita at the Offutt Satellite Pharmacy is amazing! She always has the answers, especially with my unusual scripts. I trust that she will do whatever's possible to ensure my meds ready when needed.

Neither better or worse than most other military pharmacies. They do have a medication disposal bin, which is convenient.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had a RX for the 29th of April and was told I had to wait until may 1 because of it being a Monday. I had to call my doctor back to get it switched to a different pharmacy. Wish I left my prescription where it was the first time. Not all people are bad there. But others are not well mannered and RUDE!!!!

Wait lines are crazy. The fact that they don’t automatically fill prescriptions once sent over by your provider is even worse. And god forbid you have to speak to some one on the phone. I waited an hour and by the time it was my turn in the queue I got hung up on. Needs better management or better plan to handle volume of patients.

If you actually NEED your medication, they will make sure it is not on the formulary, or that they are closed. They cut out early on Fridays with no warning. You shouldn't need meds on evenings, weekends, holidays, or 'morale' days, right? And they work for the government. Which means customer care is out the window with no repercussions.Did you vote hoping to go toward universal healthcare? Then this pharmacy is the direction for YOU.

We live 30 minutes drive from the base and they want us to wait 2 hours in order to get my son his antibiotic prescription filled!? Its a paper prescription from urgent care due to the clinic not being able to get him in anytime soon..That would mean either driving home 30 minutes to wait a hour, then driving 30 minutes again to pick it up just to drive back home again another 30 minutes. The second option is waiting for 2 hours with my son who is special needs with autism and adhd so sitting and waiting 2 hours is not a good option..off to walgreens to pay for it and instead waiting only 15 minutes..also should mention good luck with having any prescription called in or sent by fax/online from a civilian provider as I've had 3 or more times where they say they didn't get it only for the civilian provider to say otherwise..and if you have a paper prescription then I advise you to take a picture of it before you give it to them as they have LOST ours 3 separate times!!! Completely unacceptable especially considering it was a adhd medication which is supposed to be highly regulated!

The drive-thru is nice but only temporary due to COVID. I'm currently miserable because it's closed for 5 straight days and my blood pressure medication is sitting on the shelf due to a 2-day weather event and holiday. My efforts w/Tricare for a work-around was fruitless. I will stop using the base facilities which is probably what they want.

I feel the pharmacy does a great job for the volume of retirees they serve. The new system is nice, just have to get use to new technology.

Worst service I have ever experienced in wait time and customer service in any pharmacy..

Not a fan of the new location in the BX. This is not a place for the large numbers of people waiting in line for prescriptions. Its a shopping area first (unlike Walgreens, which is pharmacy first) which makes for a slightly awkward situation. Moving my pickup point else where.
