I wish I could have gotten the service for my baby that others are giving good reviews for. Unfortunately I almost lost my puppy because of their lack of concern. My puppy was full of fluid and stopped eating and they put him on hydrolyzed protein food..which is fine except he refused to eat it. The redbarn kept telling me it was okay he wasn't eating and to not give him anything but that food. After spending nearly 1000 dollars to the redbarn to try and help my puppy their advice is dogs can go up to a month without eating. That was when I decided that they really didn't care and I wasn't paranoid about their lack of concern. I took him to a different vet and they didn't think he would make it through the weekend he had lost all of his muscle. The list goes on honestly. Also we lost another dog and when she was in pain about to pass we needed some relief for her and would have happily paid the 400 for a home visit considering they were only 5 min away from us..unfortunately they talked about the payment so much that she passed while my in law was on the phone with them. So I guess you just have to be a certain person or something to get them to care. But I wouldn't take a turd to them. I thought I would post here to in case they don't allow my review to be published on Google reviews because I wouldn't put it past them to hide something like this.

i'm so hurt right now. i tried calling at midnight to get help for my rabbit that was so lethargic he already looked gone. but guess what? because i don't have $90 in my back pocket i have to wake up at 5 AM to see my rabbit, passed away, for reasons i do not know. i'm sick of this behavior. maybe he couldn't have been saved, but i'd at least have answers. screw your $90.

I have taken my 2 cats and dog to Red Barn for a few years now. The women they have there are so knowledgeable and compassionate. Last week I had to put 1 of my cats down due to cancer. They were very kind and I would strongly recommend them to anyone with big or small animals. Thank you so much
