The fact my package showed up at 3am then notified it was out for deliver at 7:17am then again at 7:24am an for a third time at 9:44am to not receive my package is slightly mind blowing then again it really isn't. Need to really work on the package updates I'd say.

I don't know about the people in the office but when a package shows up it may lay around for a day or two. In this area Fedex is a far better choice. You did not meet my expectations.

Absolutely ridiculous... They send you emails stating that your package will be delivered on this day, but right at the end of your deliver window it suddenly "Oops, your package isn't scheduled to be delivered until two days from now. Sorry." I legitimately live across the street from the hub. Why UPS?

Absolutely horrendous company to work with. They will out right lie and say they attempted delivery when they never did and no matter what number you call, UPS will not give you your money back for not delivering and returning the package. If I could give 0 stars I would. I will NEVER SHIP WITH THEM AGAIN AFTER THE HELL IVE GONE THROUGH JUST TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK.

Honestly if i could leave a zero star review i would. Our daughter is a disabled individual, she and ourselves have regular orders sent to the house for this reason, since February of this year they flat out refuse to deliver packages, we even went as far as to put a parcel box beside the road so the delivery driver didn't have to walk the extra 30 yards to the house they barely have to remove themselves from their cushioned seat and yet still refuse to deliver, our daughter had even went to pickup the packages in North Platte where they advertise pickups from 4pm to 6pm and yet they seem to be closed every other other time she goes and yes on different days of the week. This is not a good shipping company Honestly i would pay extra to ensure fedex does our deliverys, the customer service hot line is a complete joke as they either blame Amazon which we have several emails proving the opposite, or say the attempted delivery we have cameras so we have definite proof they never even pulled into the driveway or pulled onto the road.

I made an online purchase and they sent it to me by this parcel and they never delivered it to the house since it required a signature and supposedly the delivery people there was no one in the house to receive the package (which is not true) and they only left the sticker indicating that they did not find anyone, when I went to pick up the package I found that the office is closed I required that package before going to Mexico since it is a Christmas gift and I am going to Mexico and I could not pick up the package.Thank you UPS for ruining Christmas for my little brother.

Time of operations is not customer friendly for people working on evenings! UPS always mess up my package every time
