“Santa does exist!

I meant to write this review last winter and just found the receipt while clearing out my desk…

On December 26th, my car died in a blizzard on I-80 westbound. Stranded on the side of the road as conditions worsened, we were freezing, panicking, and desperate for help. Every tow service we called estimated a 3- to 5-hour wait—at best.

Then, like a miracle, this heaven-sent older man (Jerry?) arrived in under an hour. Not only did he rescue us quickly, but he also charged just a fraction of what we expected. He was also the sweetest man!

We will always be so grateful for you and your kindness. The work you do helps people more than you may ever know. Thank you for keeping people safe in emergencies like ours. Bless you!”

“They saved our day with a tow to North Platte, called around for us to find the correct size tire and took us to the place that put the tire on. The truck was clean, fantastic driver, very comfortable with him. I have been frazzled so forget his first name but last name is Herbst. If you need a tow, this is the place to call!”

“Honesty is the best policy! My truck was diagnosed at another shop for transmission failure. They recommended BG&S and they figured out that it wasn't failure but need a computer board. They had the part in stock and was replaced the next day! They easily could have told me that I needed to replace my transmission and I wouldn't have been the wiser. In this day and age it's rare to find such Honesty. You have a customer for life!”

“My whole family was stranded just outside North Platte on the way out west. My roadside assistance said they called everyone but no oane answered or was available. I called Rick and he answered right away. He even worked with my VERY difficult roadside assistance representative and got it covered. He was sooo fast. Probably took him only 20 mins from the time I called on a Thursday night. Great guy! Took me to a shop which was great also. Thanks Rick!!!”
