Bait and Switch. I will preface this as My opinion only because schuysters like this tend to be litigious. I saw a price on the pump of 3.19 then went in and asked what the discount foe cash was. The employee at the til said 20 cents. I prepaid, pumped the gas and went back in. Surprise surprise I got charge 3.19. I challenged them and thus preceeded the lies and misdirection. Saying that "well the credit price is such and such and then it's related to the discount... blah blah." I then asked, what is the price for that gas on pump 6. I was told 3.29. " So it should be 3.09 then. " "Well the credit card is..." more misdirection. The manager showed up and started in and at one point said the price was $3.49!!! They lie. Pure and simple. They misquote the lowest prices on the sign to lure you in and then misrepresent that there is a discount. If the pump says X price and the discount for cash is quoted as twenty cents the bottom line price is 20 cents less . But they won't budge and they try to spin a bunch of garbage until you give up and walk away. Avoid this place at all costs. The actual price across the street to the south east is plainly posted and after all Phillips misdirection the competitor is 10 cents cheaper.

BEWARE!!! if you pay at the pump they will put a $100 hold on your card on top of the actual sale. This has been pending since Feb 17th, it's now the 23rd, still holding $100 of my money hostage for $19.50 worth of fuel.
