I rented a space from Philip Avenue Storage today and I must say that I was very impressed with the customer service that I received. The gentleman that I dealt with was top notch in my book. He was very informative and answered all of my questions. His name is Greg. Talk about down to earth and personable! He explained everything in detail to me and even set me up and revolving charges so I wouldn't have any worries down the line. Great guy! I'm a happy customer.

Would be 5 stars if you didnt have dirt all over your stuff from masonite next door. They should inform you of that when renting a unit.
