In July as a last minute idea I decided to get my nails done before heading to Vegas. Besides the unsanitary practices, the owner bragged about her children which where there and when she had too many clients for the 3 adults in the store to handle the owner called her teenage son in to give me my pedicure. You could tell he not only wasn't happy(I wouldn't have been either) but also that he didn't really know what he was doing. But the pedicure done by the high schooler was actually the best part of the whole experience. My nails where done sub-par, the tech acted like she didn't know what she was doing at all. The prices where way over priced. When I went to get my nails removed by a different location, turns out that Prefect nails used illegal glue called MMA for my nails and when the tech was trying to remove them it turned into the goopy sticky mess that was practically impossible to remove. My nails where in the worse condition I've ever seen them. NEVER NEVER GO HERE

I went to perfect nails 4 days ago and yesterday on day 3 two of my nails broke I was not doing anything to make them break at all! They went very thin on the acrylic they charged me $75 dollars for this set I have never had acrylic nails break like this after a few days of wearing them. I called them and they told me they would charge me $5-$10 dollars to fix the broken nail I was very upset as I just spent $75 and if they would have done them right they wouldn’t be breaking! I don’t believe they should charge to fix a nail when it’s not at fault of the client! I have my maternity pictures this weekend and I’m very upset now because I’m not going to go spend more money 3-4 days after paying $75 for this type of nail job! I do not recommend this place!!

Had a manicure (dip) and pedicure.
Pros:
Good quality color, lots of selection. Nice people.
Cons:
Improper cleaning of equipment, stations, and pedicure basins. The pedicure basin they sent me to was dirty and I had to ask for it to be cleaned first. Dirty tools and towels sitting in and around the sink. Various stations had sanitary plastic coverings that were taped down and or clearly reused multiple times.

I have never been so grossed and speechless in my entire life. I am 8 months pregnant and I have terrible sciatica. The dude (the nicest thing I can think to call him) doing my pedicure was so rough with me and moving my legs around recklessly. Secondly he was wearing gloves touching someone else’s feet and then wore the same gloves and touched my feet. When I came time to remove the callus on my heals he rinsed off the tool he used on the person next to me and there wasn’t a sterilizer/sanitizer in sight. Maybe poured some alcohol on it at best. My whole entire pedicure took 13 minutes. My heels are still as rough as freaking sand paper. There was no top coat on my polish. There is a 10% charge if you use a card which isn’t stated anywhere. I usually wouldn’t mind for a good service but for my 13 minute pedicure I don’t want to give this place another dime. I wouldn’t come back here to get a pedicure if it was the last place on earth. STAY AWAY!!

i’m going to because i’ve never been so dissatisfied and irritated in my life over nails. i just wanted to treat myself and get sum cute but they just cut up my hands, felt like they were rushing everything and overcharged me for it all. that’s so annoying these should have been 40$ not 60$

Worst experience ever! The owner completely ruined my natural nails while doing a take off. She broke and chipped every nail. She left me with a nightmare burnt skin and extremely sore fingers and then laughed about it. Then she started talking to other worker so I turned on my translator and then played it back out loud. She said stupid white girls. We mess up nails on purpose and they still pay us. She told me to leave and tried to charge me $45 I said no. Everyone in the store got up and left. I said who is a stupid white girl now!!! She doesn't need to be in business.

Worst experience ever had nail take off and manicure. She rushed and chopped 8 of my 10 nails so she had to cut short bcuz I didn't want dip. She is too preoccupied on her phone and making fun of customers to be a professional. How is she in business is beyond to me.

Great experience at the salon. I had my already dipped nails removed. I had a manicure and gel polish. Beautiful job! Owners were very nice. The salon was very clean. Highly recommend.

Terrible experience today, I will never be going back. I’ve never met such a childish owner in my life. A situation came up that she could have easily fixed and instead she went and pouted on the other side of the salon and sat on her phone saying nothing to my sister & I. Completely awkward and unprofessional. There’s a reason this place has terrible ratings.. now I know better!If there’s something you do not like, stand firm in what you say because she will treat you badly at the slightest concern you may have. Don’t let it intimidate you!

Don’t recommend this place at all they need to be shut down if a diabetic walks n there to get
Their toes down they could kill them. Not a place that should have a license nor be open

It smelled like dirty feet and was not clean! They went from working on our feet to manicures without washing their hands! The instruments were visibly dirty! I'll never go back!
