What a life saver these people are. I would give 10 stars if I could. We had a mechanic in Wyoming replace our alternator. But the people there took out our starter too. We are moving from Washington state. We made it, after a night in a hotel, to Nebraska. Next moring the motorhome would not start. Had it towed to MidAmerica diesel. Blair at MidAmerican said he could get to it, but not until the following week.
They fixed it!!! He said whoever put in the starter totally messed it up. Have pictures showing how bad it was. . Now disputing charge from other place. It started right up. Three days down the road and we are doing great.
Go to this company if you need any large vehicle that is having issues. They are honest, fair, and good at what they do.

We stopped in North Platte Nebraska for the night while on our way to Yellowstone. The next morning our motorhome would not start. Kent's Mobile RV repair contacted Mid America Diesel on my behalf and got me an appointment with Bobby, one of their service tech's, for that day. Bobby came out and diagnosed a bad starter within ten minutes! They had a starter at the shop and he got my rig going so I could drive to their shop for them to replace it. They were super busy, but made time for my repair, even stayed late to get me back on the road. I can't thank Blair and his crew enough for for their hard work and excellent customer service. You just don't see this level of professionalism and customer service anymore, but you will definitely find it at Mid America Diesel! Thank you once again! I highly recommend this shop for all your diesel repair needs!

I lost the fan clutch for the engine on my motorhome and was referred to Blair the GM, he worked me in the next day and had the parts from out of state the following day he had me back on the road very quickly. I can’t say enough about how grateful I am for him and his experienced team. They have a great attention to detail to ensure they knew exactly what needed to be repaired and how to fix it.

Blair and his team of technicians are top notch! Broke down in my Rv on a late Thursday night and was towed to North Platte, NE. By a blessing it was recommended to take the RV to Mid America Diesel. While already swamped with work Blair understood my urgency in getting back on the road and he accommodated more than I could imagine. Not only did they work on my Rv ALL day Friday, but even stayed 2 hours late to see it finished. I was back on the road Friday evening. Can’t thank this business enough! Should of started here. Problem with removal of duals from the hubs. NE land couldn't, #billsummersford was a joke.
Mid dirsel had them removed in couple days. Replaced damaged rims and worked with the fleet carrier.
Respect.

Took my truck in for work August 10, 2023. Called on August 22, 2023 to inquire as the status of repair, was told Blair would call back. On August 31, 2023 Blair had not called. I needed some storage boxes from truck, and it was parked outside so I went in to get permission to grab my stuff. Was told Blair was unavailable until September 5, 2023. As of today, 09/15/2023 I have not been notified of it’s status, nor has it been repaired. I wasn’t in a big hurry to have it repaired, but some consideration would be nice.EDIT: They did get in contact with me, and my truck is fixed, for a reasonable price. I have upgraded my review to reflect this.

Was having problems with my truck engine lights coming on losing power tried for over a hundred miles to get it in somewhere nobody could get me in or work on a paccar. Called Blair right away in the morning they were very busy but squeezed me in. I couldn't be happier Blair explained everything going on with it told me what needed to be done and they fixed everything. The truck is running the best it's ever ran I appreciate these guys so much and highly recommend them Thanks Blair and Bobby you guys are the best

Service writer Blair was awesome! -40 Temps my semi truck gelled upbut I was back on the road in 24hs. Pretty good considering how busy they were with all the semi trucks that had issues that storm.
