The problem is that the delivery drivers will go to an apartment and rather than go to your door and know, they leave a Door Tag saying they attempted to deliver on your mailbox in the community mailbox.

I have problems with this station and the drivers every time I receive packages from FedEx.

No local number to talk to somebody that's actually where my package is. Talk to some foreign call center that can't do anything but apologize about how they can't help.
