Sadly prescriptions take forever to be filled, and sometimes they’ll even forget to fill one that you initially called in for refill. The wait is usually about fifteen minutes to get the pills themselves. Sometimes my husband and I feel as if it’s our fault for being prescribed so many different things…

Was told at 8:30 in the morning that prescription was ordered and would be in by 3:30 pm. When I called to see if it had arrived they told me they are unable to get that medication and when I was trying to figure out why I wasn't told that at 8:30 I was hung up on

One time they did not have the drugs I needed in stock, but they ordered them and I had them two days later. Never had a serious problem with them.
