“Our car broke down last Friday in the very small town of Oshkosh, NE while we were on our way to Colorado Springs. It was over 100 degrees, and I was honestly nervous about having my family spend the night in a small roadside motel. I called multiple rental companies with no luck—no cars available until Monday. But then I reached Charles at Thrifty North Platte. He was the only one who responded and made it possible for us to get a rental car, even though we were 1.5 hours away and he was close to closing. His kindness and quick action meant everything in that moment.

“My brother and I had flown to North Platte to visit with friends. My brother had a family emergency while we were there and we could not change our flight back. He decided to drive back home to Alabama and needed a rental car but none were to be found. When we called Hertz we explained everything to Wyatt and he immediately got on the phone to find us a one way car back to Alabama and came through for us within 30 minutes. After he secured the car a couple of hours later my brother was on his way. Yes there were additional fees but all of those were explained to us in advance so there were no surprises. Wyatt went above and beyond to accommodate us and I appreciate that!”
