“Driving from Pennsylvania to Montana with my son and grandson the transmission on my Suburban died around North Platte NE. I was able to get to Janssen GMC. Joseph at the service department was amazing! Within 2 days they diagnosed and completely replaced the transmission. This has been the best experience I have ever had with a service department. My gratitude goes out to Joseph and his service department.”

He immediately investigated the problem, provided his advice, and got us back on the road quickly. I very much appreciated the quick, professional, and friendly service provided by Eric and another gentleman who I didn’t catch his name. I highly recommend Lowman’s.”

“What a life saver these people are. I would give 10 stars if I could. We had a mechanic in Wyoming replace our alternator. But the people there took out our starter too. We are moving from Washington state. We made it, after a night in a hotel, to Nebraska. Next moring the motorhome would not start. Had it towed to MidAmerica diesel. Blair at MidAmerican said he could get to it, but not until the following week.
They fixed it!!! He said whoever put in the starter totally messed it up. Have pictures showing how bad it was. . Now disputing charge from other place. It started right up. Three days down the road and we are doing great.
Go to this company if you need any large vehicle that is having issues. They are honest, fair, and good at what they do.

We broke down driving cross country and even though they couldn’t get us in that day he did get us in and repaired before we returned a week later and did a great job of communicating. Even arranged ride to the airport so we could get a rental car. He went above and beyond!”
“I had them look and fix the air conditioner on a car I had purchased recently. The car had some issues with mice. The mice seemed to like the wiring on the front of the car. They were able to find the chewed wiring and repaired it. They serviced and replaced some sensors. For the work done, the price was ok. The air conditioning now works great. I plan on coming back to have some work done on another vehicle.”

“Unbelievable service. We broke down on I 80 on our way to Utah from PA. This place is extremely helpful. Genuine and Sincere staff. With no appointment, they stopped what they were doing upon our arrival to assess the situation. We had a diagnosis with in minutes. Our water pump was shot on our 2017 Jeep Summit. We were in a hurry and worried we were out of luck. The crew at Butch’s reassured us that they could get us back on the road asap and they expedited the repairs. They were as friendly as they were productive. They had our parts arriving within minutes and the repairs started shortly thereafter. Extremely knowledgeable and efficient mechanics. As promised they did a great job on the expedited repairs and had us on our way within a few hours. Old school service here at butch’s. The pricing was very reasonable. The prices are normal, i can almost always make an appointment for the next day even when we call afternoon day before. I have had them repair a lawn mower tire, mount new rims, oil changes, tire rotations and now purchased new tires with mount and balance. They have worked on our mazda, two silverados and even tackle our tire needs regarding our Tesla. Excellent”
