This company is apparently "on a rotation" with Madison county sheriff for towing vehicles, and as a result are placed in a position to profit off of the misery and misfortune of people in their own community. Joe, the owner of the company is charging me more than double what it would cost to get a vehicle out of impound from the city, and seems to be in glee for making the easy money. I can only say that as a business, and as a member of the greater Norfolk community these people are crooks and unapologetic about how they conduct themselves while taking advantage of their neighbors.

I was just needing a brake lightbulb replaced and an oil change, but these guys went above and beyond. The VIP inspection report is fantastic and the updates throughout the day were wonderful. Everyone was so kind, too! I will definitely return and tell others to take their vehicles here, too!

Towed my car on a Saturday night but weren't in their office on Sunday for me to pick it up yet call themselves a 24/7 towing service. Called their number multiple times and never got an answer. Finally who I think was the owners dad showed up and called them for another hour to get ahold of them. Maybe if they want weekends off they shouldn't tow on Friday and Saturday night! The man on the phone and the man who helped us were rude the entire time when we were nothing but cooperative and thankful for their help.

Doesn't take a check for a tow and driver does not have a reciept book for cash, find that kind of funny. AAA right on side of tow trucks but won't take AAA card. Hmm don't seem to have these issues with Jerry's Standard. Guaranteed not to see my business and AAA will here about this as well as BBB.

They rip you off on their charges not to mention they go threw you personal belongings when they tow your vehicle. I bet all the other reviews on here are from employees no one ever has perfect reviews
