Tried to mobile deposit but the system deposits and then takes back the money because it apparently needed both my husband's and my signature. I call wells fargo and they tell me I have to go to a physical branch. So I drive to norfolk where they happily deposit my check only for wells fargo to mark it as a duplicate and steal my money. Now all they can do over the phone is supposedly file a report after stealing over $3,000 from me. The people at the branch were nice but wells fargo system is horrible

Collen and the manager are racist and elderly abusive persons I hope wells investigates them I called to complain and they won’t even answer and act like they are just… They won’t give coins to an old man my grandfather that’s been a client forever. Because he’s Hispanic and elderly shame on them.

Would not stay a little late to help me open an additional account. I have a decent amount of money in that bank and I supposed that going home on time is more important than customer service.

Great bank, I just opened up an account. My biggest problem is the overdraw fees. I keep getting them. I wish that my debit card would just not be accepted like it was with my previous bank if my balance was too low. Instead, they pull it out of my savings, and charge $12.50.
