The rudest staff of any business in Norfolk. Signs all over about printing, yet they loathe printing and anyone who wants to have something printed. Luis or something like that is the absolute rudest person who can ruin your mojo for the whole day. Darcy or something like that knows how to print, but refuses to do so. They both try to get you not to print there. Insanity! I was forced to pay for 2 worthless bad prints and a scan they all stood there and pretended were worth charging for. $7 for nothing. $7 to ignite anger I didn't know I was capable of. I watched another customer come in to ask about printing and they once again exhibited covert hostility to her so she finally left. They will make you wait for Darcy and when she comes back she acts like its an inconvenience to help. Maybe her morale is broken down by Luis day after day. Ugh. Don't print anything here.

I have been waiting on a package for 10 days after paying extra for 2 day delivery and all I hear when asking where's it at . I am told out on delivery well still waiting for it.

The same man that always helps me when I go to this UPS location is extremely rude and very unhelpful. Today, when I had to do some returns, he was very condescending. Since it appears many other people have had issues with this same individual, I’m surprised this continues to be an issue.

Terrible customer service, not a very welcome environment, employee acted as if he hated his job and was very rude. There are many other ways to inform someone how they prefer items to be packaged when bringing them into the store, I however was not treated with respect.

horrible customer service from beginning to end will never use that store again. I use many other UPS stores around the Midwest always great service. This one is the worst I've ever been too!!When in Norfolk Nebraska, I suggest using any other shipping provider.

I didn't know they had someone here who spoke spanish. They have a couple of signs on the windows about it. the other reviews surprise me the staff is friendly enough and it didn't take long to get in and out.
