“I locked my keys in my car 2 hours from home while shopping in Norfolk. In my desperation I called the KeyMe place I found on Google. I attempted to pay their $150 dollar charge to get my car unlocked and my bank immediately locked my bank account for fraud. My friend recommended I call Jerry Sinclair. I called and explained my problem and they promptly came to my rescue and unlocked my car on the promise that I pay them when I get my bank account unlocked. They saved my butt in an emergency situation and worked with me on payment. 10/10 can't recommended enough”

“While on a business trip in Norfolk, I ended up with a flat tire. In addition to having a flat tire, I discovered that transit vans/cargo vans have tires that have certain load capacities. I looked everywhere for a shop that had the one tire just so I could get back home to Lincoln. Graham Tire Company had the tire. Graham Tire Company exceeded all expectations! Their speed was impressive, got me back on the road fast. Customer service was top-notch; staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel valued. He showed me the tires - which turned out to be 8-year-old snow tires - and how they were bald and/or falling apart. He then recommended some great tires. I was in and out really quickly. Seriously, this is a great place to take your car.”
