Was on a road trip from Omaha ne to valentine ne made it to Norfolk and started having car troubles well when we took the tires off me now had car and tire problems! The gentleman at square tires at 2 new tires ready for me within 30min at most! Great service!!

"Tire" is in the name, but they do it all. In and out in decent time, even for unscheduled/emergency work. Stuff they fix is fixed and stays that way. Never a bad experience here.

Refuse to patch a tire 30 minutes before they closed said they didn't have time even though the place was an absolute ghost town.

Very friendly, got us in the morning, let us know what the problem was, and had it fixed by lunch time. Don't wanna have any more car trouble, but I'm going back here next time I do.

My brother in law just went for a tire rotation and when he went to pick the car up after waiting two hours they gave him the bill with all they had “done” to it. After going outside to check out the tire rotation we saw the tires were still the same way as when we left it there. After going back inside and telling them why they didn’t rotate the tires they then started to say a bunch of other things needed to be done before the rotation. But they failed to explain that over the phone or when we showed up to pick the actual car up. The service tech acted like it was done. Very bad experience do not recommend.

Blew a tire on the road on my way to Norfolk, and they fixed on a Saturday within 90 minutes. Nicest people I've met and super helpful.
