Cat is 9. They have a rule that they won't groom cats over 8 for concerns that it would be too stressful for them. It would have been nice if they had a website with rules like this posted or FAQ instead of having to call. Considering house cats live 15 years and beyond, my healthy cat shouldn't be a problem.

AWESOME STAFF !!!! VERY professional , courteous , pleasant , friendly caring and understanding to the pets needs . They did an AMAZING job today with my 2 Girls (dogs) , in a very timely manner. I would recommend to EVERYONE and VERY affordable . I could never ask for anything better ?

I’ve loved going to ruff cuts. They are way to work with and tried to work with my schedule. My boys were always excited when we pulled up. I had four, now three little dogs and they did a great job taking care of them. They always looked great when I picked them up.

I made an appointment to bring in my chow for a bath. He has been getting professional grooming every 8 to 9 weeks. We just moved here and thought we would give ruffcuts a try. When i got there they told me my dog would be muzzled the whole time with a cloth muzzle. I couldn't believe it. Anyone who knows about the breed u can not muzzle them for a long period and they claim to know the breed. It inhibits thier ability to pant and could cause death. What horrible a thing to say they will muzzle him the whole time even when he was in a kennel. How could they even wash him for a bath. Needles to say we walked. It would have been nice to be told of ur business practice when I called an made the appointment and told them he was a chow. If I could give this business a zero I would.

Very disappointed in recent services. I brushed my dogs hair two days before service, when we picked her up, they had shaved her hair all the way down claiming it was "matted" rather than calling us before shaving her. I also have friends who report the same thing happening with their pup. Recently poor customer service and unfriendly help. Even after two years of being a loyal customer, we will no longer be returning anymore.

They did such a BEAUTIFUL job on my saint bernard! He looks great, smells great, and im sure he feels great! All the staff so friendly as so reassuring beings as this was my first time going to a groomers! Definitely will go back!

Our Doberman Ceasar loves his baths and nail trims at Ruffcuts! They do a wonderful job and we highly recommend them for dog grooming!
