Customer service desk and sales. They are awesome people. I stopped in to get a few things for the truck I drive. And let my dog Sitka out for a walk. And they enjoyed her just as much as I do and they gave me a free. Peterbilt cap ! It's just a wonderful place to stop. Wonderful people. It's so great to meet them.

Overpriced trucks and parts just because they are Peterbuilt. I can go to Freightliner and get the same part from the same manufacturer for half the price or at least you used to be able too. They really stick it o the customer with costs to get anything some there for repairs.

I called early morning & asked if they were super busy? Was told yes but , they'd do what they could for me. I think they were interested as the power steering reservoir filter fell off. I got there, was there about 30 minutes before they got me in. About 2 hours later I was gone & they even explained what they found out. They also took the time to test components & do pressure tests.Really impressive!Thanks so much! Great staff here !

Great service. Got my truck in the shop in less than an hour and fixed major air leak. Very reasonable price for the work and parts. Extremely satisfied.

Huge thanks to Peterbilt of Norfolk . I had an airline break on the trailer last night. They didn't have exactly the line needed thus morning, but the parts person was knowledgeable to make 2 lines into 1 to get my back going at a reasonable price. Thank you again.

Although it’s the week of Thanksgiving and they were booked up, the service department still helped me with finding out my best options and finding the parts I needed. Very helpful and friendly service and staff. Very impressive.
