Let me start by saying I use to work at O'Reilly's Auto many years ago, so I am hyper observant to what kind of service I receive.Maddie helped us and I must say that she is the best customer service person i have delt with at O'Reilly Auto in a very long time.I was very impressed with her quickness in recognizing that we entered the store, and how quick she was to step from behind the counter to help us find what we were looking for. Especially since I asked where you all keep the products I was looking for.Her knowledge impressed me also.Service is what I look for way above pricing and Maddie's level of service is what will keep me coming back.I have no problem in saying that Maddie is the gold standard of auto parts customer service.
